We loved everything about the place. Andreotis was very helpful. The villas are close enough tot the beach without being in the noisy area of town. Very well equipped with good ac and two toilets. Parking was great too. The beach in protaras had everything we needed without being too busy

Very nice villa with great location, quiet enough but close to the main shopping places and the beach. Villa is very good equipped with air-conditioning in every room. Andreotis is a very helpful host. Highly recommend and I think we'll return here :)

This was a perfect home for us in a good location.

Modern and comfortable villa with all conveniences. Everything necessary is available or delivered by the owner upon request. Location is super great - beach, supermarket, tavernas, shops in close vicinity. The owner is always ready to help. Great territory around villas - exactly what you need for vacation with kids. The place we want to come back.

Beware of ants and hide all the food from open surfaces.

The house is very stylish and spacious and has everything you need. The host was very friendly and responsive and gave us all the tips for good stay. I would definitely recommend this villa!

Great location, close to center, shops and the beach. The host was very friendly, responsinve and accommodating when our flight was delayed. The rooms and bedding were clean. The villa had everything we needed for the stay.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment's location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. We loved being so close to all the great restaurants and bars. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise with its new and well-maintained equipment. Highly recommend this gem!

The only thing was a bit of distant noise from the nightclubs in the center. However, it was very faint and didn't bother us or affect our sleep at all. It's just something that comes with being in a great, central spot.

The villa, the location, the host, everything is great! We are very happy with our stay. The host was very helpful, extra thanks for that! Location is absolutely the best! This wasn´t our first stay in Protaras, so we knew where exactly we wanted to live during our holiday, it is close to everything. We would deffinetely stay at the same place if we get back to Protaras.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

Villa Andreotis consists of four standalone villas within a shared courtyard, featuring a barbecue area, parking, sun loungers, and a small lawn. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the main promenade. Although nearby venues can sometimes cause noise, it generally stops by around 11 p.m. There are several nice dining spots and a supermarket nearby. The villa could benefit from better upkeep. Cleanliness was lacking in certain areas, such as wardrobes, the bathroom, doors, and on the bedside lamps, where dust had accumulated. The bed linens were quite worn. The bathroom door is made of semi-transparent glass, which is slightly inconvenient, and it doesn’t close properly due to a broken latch. One of the bedroom doors was also somewhat damaged and would not stay closed. The kitchen has the necessary appliances, but the TV only offers local channels. The host is very responsive; for example, he promptly provided a replacement when a towel was blown away by the wind. Overall, with the right maintenance, this place could be a wonderful place for stay.

Great location and very comfortable eg our double bed and sofa were comfortable. Super well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, espresso etc. Lovely outside spaces both east and west facing so always had choice of sun or shade, and set in a lovely garden with sunbeds and garden furniture for general use.

Some noise from live music from Protaras's bars at night but it was far enough away that we were fine with the windows shut and good aircon.

- great location, close to the beach (5 min to closest part, 15 min to Fig Tree Bay), 5 min to Lidl, everything was close - own spacy parking and just 3 neighbours in the private area of the villas - furniture exactly as on photographs, nice, clean, working, sea view in one room - great vibe of the place - quiet, cozy garden, palms and fruit trees surrounding the villas - Andreotis was great host, reacted in time on all our requests (even recommended place for dinner) We were family (couple in 30' with parents and baby) with previous experience of stays in Ayia Napa and Protaras. Place was amazing and we surely recommend it to anybody on family vacation.

Hotel Sunrise Oasis is quite loud in the night, especially in weekends. You will have to close the balcony doors if you have light sleep.

The only thing I can say is that villa is much more attractive than on photos. All you need is at the place. Location is best for Protaras (beach 5 min slow walk , Lidl 4 min by foot, bars /restaurants and main street / right behind the corner. There is also very lovely inner-garden with sunbeds and BBQ facilities. Thank you so much for the stay,

Location is great, near to Lidl and beautiful beach. The apartament contains everything which is needed, even the dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. It has the terrace where you can eat meals in the sun.

Cleaning needs a little improvement ;)
