The apartments look much better in the pictures than in reality. If you’re planning to stay in Protaras, keep in mind that the location is actually on the border of the town, so getting to the center takes about 20 minutes. The place is tidy, but the kitchen is not very well equipped, and some expected items were missing (for example, there was no fan). The beach is also quite a distance away.

The only disadvantage was the shower water, which did not have pressure Which it was a bit torture for washing hair.

The room was clean and the lady receptionist Ildi was very polite and willing to help with anything I needed. Good location also, very close to the beach and close to supermarkets.

They don't have double bed, the copreser of air conditioner is on the balcony and it is very noise. They have barking place but most of them ,parking car on the middle....

The towels were never changed in our 5 nights stay. Lots of ants that gather around any forgotten crumb. The water pressure was on the low side, barely enough for a decent shower.

Excellent location, big enough appartments for a family with 2 kids. The big terrace with sea view is amazing, the sunbeds are the cherry on top.

No A/C in living area was a bit difficult during heatwave, but bedrooms were cool.

Good size, especially the balcony! Lovely neighborhood and easy access to beaches.

The floor was dusty as the windows were opened at our arrival. Also, you could see that it was poorly moped. Despite the upgrades, the A/Cs were old, and we had trouble turning on one of them as its remote was universal. The sliding doors were also old and did not lock easily or at all. The headboard in one of the bedrooms was not attached to the bed and squeeked a lot (plus there were tons of dust behind it). Last, the booking was for a family of 5 and even for 1 night, there should be 2 toilet rolls, not only 1.

Beds very uncomfortable, lack of PowerPoints made it difficult to move fan in lounge area to get relief. Facilities, freezer did not work and could do with a new mini stove, bit rusty on top.

Apartment is very clean, good location in Kapparis away from hustle and bustle of Protaras and Ayia Napa, beach and restaurants close by within walking distance.
