The menu of the restaurant was a bit confusing (we were not sure what we were ordering) but at the end it was nice.

Located in a very beautiful small village, it is a traditional structure with many nice external spaces (garden, pool). The spa spa is small but nice and you can book massage.

It would be nice to have a few more parking spaces but not a major issue. The only two things that annoyed me this year (I visit the place every year) are the lack of maintenance and no management at night. The shower paint is actually peeling and you can also see the mold under the last coat of the paint. I would not even mention this if this was a budget or even a regular hotel but let's be honest this place is above average. A group of people suddenly appeared in the pool at midnight, talking and joking loudly, racing with each other in the pool etc. I waited a bit but as nobody interrupted their after party enjoyment I had to go down and warn them. It seems they were celebrating a birthday and decided to crush the swimming pool. So, a management procedure would be nice to keep visitors happy.

There is nothing much you wouldn't like about this space. The ambiance is very relaxing, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is exceptional.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

The hotel was beautiful and set in the village with great views. Enjoyed a dip in the pool and relaxing on sun loungers. The room was clean, friendly staff & the food was very good.

It is a creative and beautiful development. Attention to detail is exquisite and in keeping with the traditional ethos of the village. We stayed in the Lavender room and it met our needs perfectly. The service from the staff was thoughtful and attentive. The cook is a brilliant ‘cook’ and effortlessly delivers traditional Cypriot food, they specialise in a fixed menu that you can dip in and out of. Keeping the menu small you are ensured of fresh produce. The pool is perfect for cooking off in, the vibe of Apokryfo is laid back with a seemingly effortless service. Well worth a visit and placed well for exploring both the mountains and the coast.

Very tasteful design and layout. Felt you were in south France . The location was perfect. The village was beautiful. Restaurant food was delicious and had different menu every day with live music for Easter. Staff very accommodating at all times with any issues. Kid friendly

Only that they forgot to split the bed the first night and that we weren't informed the first morning of the possibility to have eggs at breakfast. Also, there was a strong dog smell in the gym.

The bed's comfortability, the style, the location, the yogurt, the bottle of wine, the ladies in the kitchen, etc.. In general, we would come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was really good. In addition to the buffet, they offer the option of freshly made omelettes or fried eggs, as well as various types of coffee. The room wasn't spotless, and we ran out of hot water during the shower.

We had an amazing experience at the Apokryfo guesthouse. First of all, the village is very beautiful—quiet, pastoral, with picturesque streets. As for the hotel itself, it is very clean, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Chris and the rest of the staff were very kind, with outstanding service, always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay feel warm, welcoming, and homely. The dinners were also excellent! fresh, high-quality ingredients, a very diverse selection, and everything was delicious. We stayed for four days and enjoyed every moment. Additionally, contrary to what some reviews say, the internet connection worked perfectly for us, and overall, the value for money was very fair. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Only neat picking kinds of things: firewood was very hard to actually get to catch fire; the sauna could use a couple more improvements in terms of service - flipflops in place and some drinking water would be really nice.

It was a perfect stay in Lofou for us - unbelievably cozy apartments, nice restaurant with great food and reasonable prices, staff is beyond friendly. The Guesthouse area and the village itself are so so beautiful and authentic! Loved the fireplace in our house - very well equipped. The sauna and steam room have a very nice heat, highly recommended!

Mediocre breakfast (and there are no places around to have breakfast or lunch), tasteless wine as a gift, shower gels are not very good, better to take your own
