Very comfy bed and spacious living room

Toilet was very small and wifi was basically absent

Lovely quiet location, very pleasant accomodation. lovely garden room, excellent a/c. Hosts very helpful with additional items such as iron, and also arranging transport to neighbouring village. Lovely pool and associated area overlooking the mountains

Tiny improvements really-An additional converter plug for EU appliances (Uk sockets) in kitchen would help. A pedestal or ceiling fan in the garden room as it gets very hot. Video directions were good but didn't make it clear how to get to start of directions ie fork left at town square-a map like those in the accommodation would help in advance. Current road closures also made directions confusing-took us a while to figure out our way around the town to avoid those. Somewhat flakey wifi will be much improved when the new fibre is fully up and running,

We were hoping to find some peace and solitude in Cyprus, despite the fact that we are traveling here in high season. Archondia house was absolutely perfect. Located in a small quaint village, we have never visited such a tranquil location. Sitting by the pool and experiencing the silence of no traffic, no annoying music or loud tourists, was a slice of heaven. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. Lots of space. Thick stone walls so it was cool (despite the sweltering heat) and we barely used the air con provided. Pool was small but lovely and never crowded. Village has a gorgeous tavern a few mins walk away, and a local store to buy supplies. Location is 15 minutes drive to several amazing and quiet beaches, and 30 mins to the big cities for when we wanted a bit of action. The hosts were amazing. They popped in a couple of times to check on us, and gave of loads of amazing advice. We felt more like friends than paying guests.

Would have liked to have salt and pepper and oil in the room. Other than that, it was perfect.

I loved everything. The position is ideal, the exterior is adorable and the interior is gorgeous. Marissa (the host) is so hospitable and kind, makes your stay so pleasurable. The retro tavern in the square has the best food I’ve ever tried, and the best staff!!

3 flights of stairs without handrails to get to apartment which we were told was ground floor opening onto a pool. As we both over 80 Totally unsuitable but no detail on booking .com or other sites to say unsuitable for disability. Could not stay there and would request some refund of payment with no stay.

Spacious apartment No. 2. Secluded. Character of a traditional village house. Comfortable bed.

Variable internet with poor reception in living area. Pool furniture was a bit old & tired.

The keys were on the door when we arrived Apartments are very close to the village's square; in general it is a very small but beautiful village The hostess was very friendly Nice swimming pool on top of the 4 apartments Many kitchen facilities; you can easily cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner Beautiful small veranda outside the One-bedroom apartment where we stayed and spent some time when eating (not so private though as it is very close to the street and exactly next to the apartment No.2)

They should be a bit more careful when cleaning the bathroom/toilet as well as the whole apartment. They should mop more!

The rooms were perfect, the beds super confy, everything was excellent!

Only a small thing, the outside area at night just thinking steps wise maybe a solar light or motion activated light just for safety.

A very nice apartment with a soul in the rustic village of Kalavasos. Inside a historic house, but nicely renovated to meet all the modern needs. Free pool available for all the quests. Spacious and well equipped. Free parking available if you have a car. Walking distance to the village square where all the restaurants and stores are located. Strongly recommend for short or long stays. Easy access by car to Limassol and Larnaca, but also to Mount Olympos.

Easy. They key was on the door so anybody could go inside

The house was very dirty and there were dead cockroaches. We texted the owner that said somebody was on their way to clean. That person never arrived Outside the room there was a small storage room in which we found out there was a little kitten and many dirty staff. No tv and not functional to stay in for more than one day. No equipment given. They just left one toilet paper for a theee day stay of two persons. Cheap The shower drain was maybe never cleaned so the water overflowed every time and we didn’t even have any equipment to clean it. The pool was cleaned by guests because it was dirty. Also because of the location there is no possibility to enjoy the Sun since it disappeared in the evening.

Rustic and charming

A really cute traditional Cypriot accommodation away from the mass tourism. Loved it!

Great way to spend an authentic holiday. comfy beds, stunning pool and views from it, lovely surroundings, interior with the real feel of a Cypriot traditional place. Awesome- recommend 100%

The facilities, the kitchen, bathroom and showers, fridge and toaster. Big beds and nice cushions. All very modern. The living room had big windows and in the morning we enjoyed the sun on our breakfast table - where could sit with our friends - 6 persons. What we missed is a coffee making facility.

All fine - in the village, great views. It was cold but this is the problem of the climate, not of the property. We had a great time. Even the wifi worked excellent.
