A few additions would really enhance the stay: • An information booklet with practical details (e.g. air conditioning usage, bin locations, local tips) would be helpful, and avoid the need for the owner to message guests while they’re out. • Mirrors on the bedroom walls would be more practical than those inside wardrobe doors. • A shelf or small cabinet in the bathroom would be useful, as there’s currently no surface to place personal items other than the floor.

The property was spotless and very well-maintained, with the added bonus of convenient parking. The apartment had all the essential furniture, though it felt a little minimal—some wall art or decorative touches could help make the space feel warmer and more inviting.

Opportunity for waste pick up at least once during the week!

Outstanding welcome despite delayed flight in and the facilities were super. No attendance or service during stay - they leave you in peace. Amazing pool and area with vines and bananas! A super location with a fantastic bakery and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk ! Fantastic and faultless facilities. Thank you so much 😊

The villa itself is very cosy, we enjoy the pool with the picturesque garden. You can have the whole beach all to yourself. Perfect place if you have a car and want to relax. parking was right under the windows, in a private area. It's a pity that our stop was only for two nights. We will gladly come back here again!

Mattress was too soft for me and waking up strings while turning, but amazingly clean cosy beddings covered this minor difference.

Place located cross road to the sea, long empty stone beach, at the beginning of September water much warmer and pleasant compare to Limassol areas, clean and more feeling of ocean with waves and nice breeze. Building has few appartments, swimming pool, garden, everything very clean and cosy. Kitchen supplied with all needed for short stay and has washing machine for family escape needs. Clean nice shower in bathroom. Bedroom with wade-robes and plenty space. 2 air-conditioners in the property. Outdoor shower near pool. Very friendly host Valentina and very easy non-contact access to the property. Will come again for sure.

The shower has no pressure but, well, it works. The bed creaks with every movement and the mattresses are way too soft, maybe this could change in the future, and I think that's the only serious drawback.

First of all, the house is very close to a beach, you just have to cross the street. The beach is slightly wild but very accessible. The sunsets are fantastic. It's a good point from where you can make tourist visits - don't miss the Akama Park area, with the Blue Lagoon, Baths of Aphrodite and everything else... The apartment is well equipped, clean, we liked it and the host are very nice, welcoming, we communicated excellently.

Can’t think of anything really. We love it here.

Location is superb, open the door and you look out to the beautiful sea and view of the mountains. Apartment are excellent and If you have any queries they are answered immediately. Staff are lovely. We have been here before and will be coming back next year for longer.

Location, right in front of the sea, very chill place, there is a bakery 2 min walking and 2 or 3 restaurants 5 and 10 min walking distance. The place is really relaxing.

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week villa holiday in Cyprus. Due to our late night flight home and having to vacate the villa in the morning, we decided to book the apartment for 2 nights (so allowing us to vacate the villa and immediately start using the apartment facilities) . Due to it being the low season, we were the only visitors. It was a clean, well kept rooms. A great find for a brief period before finally going to the airport. The elderly man who resides with his daughter in the upper house was charming and took great pride in sharing his fresh fruit growing in their surrounding orchards.

Noise was really the only problem. The road is literally in front of the window so traffic noise was fairly loud in the living room area. The bedrooms were in the back however, so with AC on, you couldn’t hear he cars at all.

Lots of room, two separate bedrooms, very clean and new, right over the road from a rocky beach and near a small shop and bakery. Nice little pool in the back, next to some banana trees. AC in every room, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. You can hear the waves on the terrace.
