It was a lovely apartment that was spacious and well-equipped with utensils, pans, plates, tea and coffee etc. Quick and easy check in/out, great location near the beaches.

Getting a good degree of ventilation in the apartment in summer was somewhat tough: one needs to open all the doors and windows to create a current, but then you need to be careful that no cat tries to enter the apartment, if you're staying at the ground floor (there are at least two different cats who tried a few times). This was not that much of a problem of heat indoors (there are both fans and air conditioning for it), but of humidity getting trapped inside, especially in the toilet - just keeping the toilet window open does not help much, unfortunately.

The apartment felt very homey. I had to attend a wedding and also do some remote working, on top of the standard touristy activities, so I needed a higher degree of habitability for my stay. All the appliances I needed for my stay, including a functioning stove, a microwave, and an iron, were available, which I highly appreciated. The hosts are great people and treated me really well. The price was very reasonable for the kind of apartment I stayed in. The apartment is also located quite close to the main boulevard (10 minutes by walk), which was also really nice.

Issues with the door key. Need to take a taxi everywhere or walk plenty.

Fitoulla was a wonderful host, great apartment for 2, and location was only a short walk to the shops and harbour. Would definitely recommend.

Our apartment offered all the facilities that we needed but was in need of a little attention. The apartment looked a little tired and could benefit from an update eg painting the walls to freshen up the apartment.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly waiting for us arriving (despite being about one hour later in arriving than we expected). Nothing was too much for the hosts who made sure we were comfortable in the apartment.

- Spacious and very bright house. - Quiet place. - The managers of the property were always cheerful, helpful and kind. My wife was pregnant and they gave us all the attention possible.

We knew that the pool was not what it looked like in the photoes. Maybe there are several pools around the property. Also, it was not conveniently close, though not very far away. Also the location was a bit far from center and the buses ran rarely. So we ended up hiring the car for the last days of our holiday.

We had a nice stay at Arlena Holiday Apartments. The hosts were kind and the apartment big and clean. We liked the beds especially. Also the towels were big and of good quality. It was quiet and the cars from the nearby street did not bother us.

One or two niggles (irritations), had to make a temporary fix on a droopy shower head and tighten up the toilet seat. If you eat in, maybe pack a knife sharpener. Water pressure is fairly low, but this is common all over Cyprus so we weren't bothered by that and AC only in the bedroom which we didn't need while we were there. Stayed 21 days and it was used as a home base cheaper than most apartments but you make the most of it. Enjoy your stay!

We were met at the property by the owner who showed us around and answered all our immediate questions. For us the location was fine, as we going to hire a car anyway and there was ample parking but it was walking distance or bus ride to all the local tourist spots, you just have to research the buses etc. Great little kiosk/supermarket about 500 mtrs up the road and a restaurant 100 mtrs further on. More restaurants down towards the harbour.

Well equipped kitchen and large living area. Washing machine and view of the swimming pool. Host gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit.

The road was quite noisy and the hot water was limited.

Central location with all the basics required for a long stay. Hosts were friendly and clean bedding and towels supplied weekly.

There was nothing we didn't like. However a couple of watch-outs : The apartment we stayed in was close to a main road, so at night there may be some disturbance of road traffic (it's not busy at night but you do have the occasional vehicle; day time it is busy!) The apartment is functional but feels a little dated. We enjoy self-catering and it has an oven/hob, microwave etc, which all worked but the kitchen (and bathroom) just looked and felt 'tired'.

Argyris and Fytoulla are very warm and friendly owners of the property. They kindly offered to collect us from the airport on arrival which was a big help ! They were accomodating to any requests and queries we had. What we liked : Convenient location to beaches (10 min walk or 5 min by bike) Convenient location to main town (10 min by bike), shopping and attractions Use of private pool (not directly on the site of our apartment but 3 minutes walk) Clean and comfortable apartment.

Some of the equipment was a bit dated and glasses/crockery were incomplete/mismatched. Would have been nice if some cleaning products and a change of bedclothes/towels had been provided. We were there for 9 days and it was difficult to keep things as clean as we would have liked. There was a washing machine, which we did use, but finding the time to wash and dry bedclothes whilst on holiday was an issue.

Good location, 15 mins walk to restaurants etc. Nice size apartment. Host was on site to help with any problems. Comfortable beds.

A bit of road noise but not during the night. If you stay for more than a week book the apartments with a washing machine not the studio.

The owners were fantastic. The pool was secluded.

Lovely apartment complex within a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. We booked a pool view and would do so again as the outlook was great.

No onsite swimming pool and was never informed where it was but tbh I didn’t ask as friends Villa has own pool but I was led to believe it had a pool but I think it’s a shared one
