We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusThe area around the pool was not cleaned!! A lot of mud of the grass near the pool was everywhere and you couldn’t even walk! Also around the pool area they didn’t came to collect glasses and bottles (no trash cans around the area) and the area until the evening was all plastic glasses everywhere!!!

CyprusThe swimming pool was dirty both days that 's why the lower score ! It was dirty on Saturday and i thought that on Sunday morning would be better but was exaclty the same I understand that the hotel was fully booked but clean poll with so many people is a must !
Although many customers had the same issue... and i went only to avoid losing my money (we booked an all-inclusive hotel with a waterpark, and it wasn't operational!), after many complaints, they suggested that we can go to the waterpark of another hotel in the group! However, this was not practical at all! I must admit that overall, we had a good stay! Excellent, polite staff in all departments and a clean hotel." The food was great

CyprusThey had 600 guests and only 100 sunbeds! It was more like a concentration camp over there. Impossible to use the pools as it is over packed, Al the sunbeds are gone from 8am in the morning even though it is forbidden for people to reserve the beds before 9am. Most guests come from these cheap package tours, allured by the all inclusive deal. Horrible. They all consume and dirty around like pigs. Very bad scene. Not my ideal relaxation holiday spot. The pools close by 5pm. Unbelievable. Just when the burning sun starts to ease and we want to use the pool, it was all locked up. I ended up sitting on the beach towels on the ground as there were no sunbeds available for so many people. The all inclusive local drinks gave me the biggest headache of my life. Cheap stuff. Dangerous.
Super polite staff, both the Greek Cypriot front desk and waiters, and the Turkish Cypriot waiters. Good food.

The pool area, lots of sunbeds, nice food and drink. Bedroom lovely and modern, comfortable bed. Ok location can walk 15 mins down to the front or taxi for 10€
