Easy to get into when we arrived. Spacious apartment. Pool was very quiet and shallow for the children.

The property has 4 pools, which is great because you can easily avoid crowds. It is easy to get to all the places you need even by foot, but I kindly recommend renting a car in order not to waste time and stay in the heat. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and you can easily eat at home if you like. The gym is quite nice, you can remain active during holiday if you like, but do not expect super professional machines. The schedule is quite short, but let’s not make this a negative thing. We had no problem with the shower, the water was hot no matter the moment of the day.

When we arrived it seemed that the room wasn’t clean at all, just a little bit made up. The sheets had hairs on it and for sure there weren’t freshly washed because there were no iron lines in them… anyways, because there’s a washing machine in the room, I washed ‘em until the cleaning lady changed them, after 3 or 4 days if I remember. The floor was super dirty as we left our shoes at the entrance and our white socks became black in short time. The lady from the reception was super nice and once we told her, the cleaning ladies cleaned the floor. Almost half of the tableware was dirty, full of oil and having a hard smell. Of course, I washed it. The mattress in the bedroom is awful and let’s not talk about the pillows… we had neck and back pain every morning. They provide 2 towels per person - 1 for body, 1 for face/hair, but no towel for hands… The clothes dryer is way to small. For a family of 3 is almost impossible to dry your clothes.

We only enjoyed the apartment placement, as it was close to supermarkets and Kato Paphos.

Check-in was delayed 2 hours without notice. There was no place to wait while the room got ready. The room smelled horrible. It smelled like raw eggs. Both A/C units were old, which resulted in them releasing an uncomfortable smell. Housekeeping wasn't available on a daily basis. The gym was barely usable, as there were only two machines. Each machine has many functions, but it wasn't clear how to use it. A specific housekeeping staff member was louder than needed on a phone call for a prolonged time. For two in a row afternoons. The walls are too thin for many residents, as I could hear them from my shared room.

The apartment had an awful smell like urine, especially in the toilet room, that didn't go away throughout our stay, not ventilating the room not using chlorine helped

The room was spacious and conveniently located near the main point of interest, which we appreciated.

The toilet flush was not working, and in the shower the water drained very slowly. The mattresses were not in good condition, sinking in the middle and sloping outwards. There were also no shampoo or shower gel provided. Overall, we feel that the price was higher than the quality and facilities offered."

Well equipped, clean, and modern apartments with excellent pricing. The staff is kind and always helpful.

The little cockroaches. Staff advised that they could help with sparying but we did not bother on our last day there. It would be helpful if staff is more present in cases of emergencies or something crops up.

Spacious nice neighborhood and cozy vibes

Building a bit old and some bugs on couch. Pool is also old. Too expensive for 150€ a night
