Its location was so close to the beach, restaurants and bars yet very private. We could use a little short cut to beach and lovely beach bar. The pool and garden area were exceptional. The owners provided a welcome pack and when cleaning the pool would drop off lovely gifts. They also provided a thorough clean mid way through the stay with new towels, bedding and all bathrooms cleaned. Fantastic and will definitely return.

It was a wonderful month in a great location. Very bright and clean villa, new pool and BBQ area and accessories (including a motor for automatic rotation). Spacious garden. The owner is very responsive and sociable - the villa was prepared before the check-in time. Very well equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator. Also a lot of different dishes. All rooms have separate air conditioning: a large living area with kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the second floor. There are 4 local markets in the area, as well as a short walk to the beaches and promenade. The villa itself is in a quiet place.

Spacious, modern house with garden and pool. A well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness and a friendly welcome. The beach, bus stop, shops and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. In a quiet, beautiful street that is closed to passing traffic.

We have just returned from a fabulous 5 week family holiday. Chris ( the Host) was superb with all of my initial questions & any issues were literally replied to immediately and his dad Savvas ( the man on the ground dealing with pool cleaning, maintenance, gardening etc) was amazing and made sure we had everything just perfect for for our holiday. The welcome goodies were much appreciated ( the fruit display & variety were fab & every single piece was consumed) and our intermittent gifts of figs, cheese & wine were similarly enjoyed- thank you. We originally booked the villa because of its outside space and pool and we were not disappointed as it was even better than the photos with walk in steps rather than a ladder and the pool was kept amazingly clean and clear throughout our stay. There was plenty of outside seating areas both in the sun & shade and the sun beds were nice and comfortable- the sun was on the pool most of the time - there was always somewhere to suit everyone. The inside of the villa was clean and spacious & the kitchen area was well equipped. The en-suite to the main bedroom was a pleasant surprise and we arranged some midweek cleans & the cleaner was fabulous. The position of the villa to the bars, restaurant and beaches could not have been better. We were literally a five minute stroll from them all and there is a great variety of restaurants that are all pretty good- we tried most over our 5 weeks. The area feels safe and secure and nice and quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fabulous villa and we have already booked again for next year. Sent from my iPad

We liked it all but the water in the shower & bathroom could have been more powerful & the beds could have had a thicker mattress. however, we were there for 5 weeks so being a bit picky as both were perfectly adequate for a normal 2 week stay.

Well what can I say just returned from this fab villa. savvas and chris cant do enough for you from start to finish its advertised as close to the beach but theres a side gate at the bottom of the road and your at the beach in 1 min.we arrived very late and savvas was there to meet us with wine cheese ham etc .the villa was spotless and they have thought of everything that will make your holiday perfect.they have updated the covered area outside and feel there the envy of there neighbours as it looks outstanding.1 min to bars and restaurants if you want a villa spotless condition this villa is for you.again we cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and kindness you get what you pay for .we will be back.

Could do with a key lock outside

This Villa was exceptionally clean to a high standard. There was plenty of room and shade around the garden. These are the two main things we look for when booking. The sunbeds were comfortable. Our host was so kind and had left us a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials we needed and more. This was totally unexpected. We arrived late at night so it was very much appreciated . During our stay , the pool was cleaned a couple of times. The host would have this cleaned when we were out on an evening as he totally respected our space and privacy. We loved our stay here and will definitely be booking this villa again in the future.

Wow what an amazing 2 weeks we have had here as a family of 3 adults and 2 children Great communication with with both Savvas and Chris before and during our stay. Although we arrived around 1230am we had the fridge stocked with water , wine ,bread , croissants and fruit. Savvas was so helpful and couldn’t do anymore for us-we asked for an additional sun lounger which was brought straight round the following day , nothing was too much trouble. The bbq area is fantastic (newer than you see from the pictures) the property and everything in it is clean and spotless to very high standard. The pool is also new beautiful and clean, perfect for everyone. Air conditioning is also great once you have the hang of it, we just switch off during the day as we appreciate how much this must cost to run. Thank you so much for letting us stay , we hope to be back if not next year , certainly again in the future. This is certainly a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. Thank you Rachel and family 😊😊

Everything about this property is exactly as described in the profile. The photos and the descriptions are accurate. The pool and bbq area has been newly updated and it was perfect for our needs. The villa is equipped with everything you could need and Savvas was on hand to help in any way that we could. The location is excellent 3 minute walk to beach and local bars and restaurants.
