The room was quite small for a family.

The ladies at reception were very friendly and welcoming They gave me a cake for my birthday which was a nice surprise! The pool area was great and had a good vibe. Animation team excellent

Location is perfect. Staff is excellent. Room is clean. Mini market in Hotel is perfect everything you need for really normal price. Indoor pool is not heated but indoor in village Avanti is heated, deep 1,3 m. No suitable for small babies. Outdoor pools are perfect. Rent a car is the best options to see all Cyprus.

People leaving towels on the sunbeds and going elsewhere and not returning for a couple of hours.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice every morning. Lots of tables to choose from even though the hotel was very busy. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, especially Martha (who helped us carry drinks to our table) and Violet (who cleaned our room). Very comfortable bed and lovely room.

Not much to not like, the breakfasts were fairly standard hotel fayre. Plenty of choice but similar each day, occasionally not very hot. Was glad we hadn't gone half board as the evening restaurant lacked character.

Had a lovely holiday, really pleased with our choice of hotel. The gardens were lovely and everything was clean and well maintained. We had a nice room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool with a view of the sea in the distance. All staff were friendly and helpful making us feel welcome. The hotel was around 20 minutes from the main harbour, but was a nice walk along the sea front. The sea front was 2 minutes from the hotel and there were plenty of places to eat close by. Buses were frequent and cheap. Would certainly like to go back in the future.

The hairdryer didn’t quite reach in front of the mirror. Would have been nice to have a dressing table stool. The night time inside bar lady was very abrupt and needed to learn to smile!

Great staff team. Facilities very good. Immaculately clean and the housekeeper was amazing. Beds very comfortable. The outside bar staff were great and the entertainment was suited to the audience. Receptionists were amazing.

Sun loungers around the pool being claimed by towel hogs before the 8am opening of the pool, same culprits every day. Evening entertainment not as good as last visit to this hotel.

Our check-in process. We arrived late at night (around 1:30). When we got to the hotel, no-one was there. We were tired after the long day, especially kids wanted nothing but just go to bed. I kept calling someone for around 10 minutes, no response. I noticed check-in cards and the the arrival form has been left behind the counter, I came over, took them and we went to our room. Few minutes later I got the call from the receptionist, he was fuming that I self-served myseld, didn't accept my explanation that it was late at night, we were tired etc. Unacceptable. Especially when he himself was well asleep and basically didn't hear me calling for someone:)

a few small minuses 1st only 2 (English) plugs to re charge your items ( no usb) 2nd the light in the badroom , this is a bit dark. but I only used this for taking a shower & brush my teeth 3rd the evening animation, the girls & boy did there best but it was not really for me . and if you want to sleep early ( due to a day trip the next day sleeping before 23h was not really possible if you sleep on the pool side . 4th - not really the hotels fault, but the towel dropping before 07 on the chairs round the pool.

Loved my stay at Avanti Hotel , big swiming pool ( and yes the water is not ice cold but what do you expect when in Cyprus) good chooice in Breakfast there's enough to chooice from , and a big shout out to the lady who makes daily fresh ommelets or fryed egs . all the staff is really friendly , from frontdesk to housekeeping,they went above & beyond . The Hotel is a short 30 minute walk from the harbour & is in a quiet enviroment. you can't hear anything from the busy streets. The airco is really good working, so you can sleep in the cool room. the room is an ok size & I was lucky on the 5th floor you also could see the ocean . The coffee & soaps where daily refreshed (if you want more the 1 coffee buy some nestcafe in the hotelshop less than 2€) & the rooms where daily cleaned. Also the beds are really good ith 2 pillows There's also a refrigiator in the room , so you can buy you're own drinks & cool them. Also a little shop was in the hotel with basics to buy (and a lot of pool toys). there was also daily animation starting with a kids disco & then bingo or quiz . Not really my thing, But LOVED the Cypriotic dance night, those 2 guys where really making sure the audience was involved. we where a couple withhout kids, and most of the day away, if you want to have a hotel for the peace & quiet , it's not the place , this is a family hotel , with lots of kids enjoying the pool & the holiday.

The pool was very nice and big but getting a sunbed was awful. There is a rule that you can book a sunbed with your towel at 8am and you can only keep it an hour there. Well we got there like 7.59am and all of the sunbeds were already taken, people did not care about the 1 hour rule and also the staff. Some people did not get there after like 4 hours later, just occupying the sunbeds with their stuff. The bathroom is very dark, you don't have proper lighting in the bathroom which was a bit odd. The hotel itself is actually quite far from the restuarants and bars, it's about 25 minute walk from the promenade but in Cypruses heat the walk seems longer that it should be. There is couple of restaurants and bars near the hotel but we didn't think they were good.

The hotel itself is nice, you can see it's renovated in the last 10 years. Our room was clean, AC worked properly, beds were really nice. I think i had one of my best sleeps there, they actually give you two proper pillows. We also had a small mini fridge, a balcony with a clothes-drying rack. Breakfast was nice, proper english breakfast with lot's of options. We also had one dinner at the hotel, but i don't recommend that it was not very good. The pool was nice and big. Staff is VERY nice! This hotel is for families, lot's of children. I wouldn't recommend this place to a couple but when you are looking for a family hotel, it's perfect for you!

Same breakfast every day… water was provided only on the arrival day and just 1 liter for the whole fam of 4. :/ No slippers.

Although the breakfast was fine, it was the same every day, very English and monotonous. We would also expect at least one local dish. That's why we didn't take advantage of the dinner offer. The indoor breakfast area was not air-conditioned and consequently very hot.

Good location, not far from the sea, among many restaurants and bars. They have a great pool with lots of trees and shade. A little green oasis in desert :) Great for kids. We also used the Avanti Village pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.
