Everything;- location, cleanliness, staff, facilities, the host was exceptional, the villa's situation was clean, tidy and well looked after. The pool area was immaculate and the villa itself was outstanding.

We could have done with a full length mirror & the second bedroom was very light in the morning due to gaps in the blinds but they are minor, the villa is amazing

Nothing - Everything was perfect

The property is luxury in every area. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The roof terrace and pool, along with the uninterrupted view of the sea, make this an exceptional property. The location is approximately 45 mins away from paphos, in a quieter area of Cyprus (it has more of a village feel, which was perfect for our trip). There are however restaurants and a beach bar within a short walk. Shops are a short drive away. Taxis are available if needed. The hosts are very accommodating and available. They tried their best to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Santa Barbara Sea Front Villa. What a place. Excellent location, fantastic clean villa with a beautiful view and equally beautiful hosts :) Chris, Katrina, Goma and Romi were very helpful and accommodating. A dishwasher and a long mirror would have been great, however this does not take away the fact that the villa is truly exceptional

6 friends stayed in a 3 bed villa. The villa itself was very clean and modern with super comfy beds and pillows. Stunning views and the top deck was perfect for watching the sunset. On arrival we found that we were short on plates, mugs and glasses but this was quickly rectified by Kate whom remained very helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was lovely and it was great to have pool towels available which were changed several times during our stay

We absolutely loved the villas and enjoyed our stay very much. We were a family of 18 people, so traveling and finding the right place for us were challenging. I’m glad we found Chris’s villas, they were exactly what we needed. Chris, Kate and the team were fantastic hosts and helped with anything we needed. They were also extremely generous when our flights were unexpectedly changed and assisted with the needed arrangements. We deeply appreciate it.

The property was clean. The views and sunsets were incredible from the rooftop deck. The beach was just a short walk across the road which made daily swims easy! The owners were super helpful and checked in multiple times to ask if we needed anything.

Would have been good to have a microwave and a wider range of pots, but not a deal breaker. Due to the close proximity of the other villas, each villa is overlooked and the only way to avoid this is to close the huge manual blinds and also neighbourly noise travels quickly. Again not a deal breaker.

Beautiful property. Ultra modern, sleek and clean. Wonderful seaviews, especially from the upper balcony Kate, the host was helpful and very friendly. The jacuzzi pool was lovely. Very safe as the gated access road, floods with security lights when there is any movement outside. Ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms, with hot water. Air conditioned house throughout, which was wonderful. If l were to return to Argaka, l would stay there again.
