The appearance of the apartment block was run down and there was a damp smell in the apartment itself. Several things where also broken in the apartment.

Great value for money. Lovely staff, clean and good size pool with ample sun beds. Good breakfast, and the location is so close to the harbour, the Paphos sea front, restaurants, attractions and facilities.

Everything ! The location, the apartment, the staff was perfect, great swimming pool with lots of beds, the restaurant was great, we did not want to leave anywhere we had everything we wanted at the Basilica. We will definitely return again and again

The front door was also very thin, and every sound came through. The bathroom was a disgracefully run-down hole, about 80 cm wide and 2 m long. I honestly don’t understand why the management hasn’t fixed it. There was no bathroom shelf or cabinet, and instead of a proper sink, there was only a tiny hand basin. A Scandinavian prison would have a better bathroom. The cleaning staff didn’t have a vacuum cleaner, only a broom and other basic tools. That said, they were very helpful.

We stayed for 11 nights. AF203 The room was more or less fine. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant and the location were the real highlights. The kitchen offered a quality and varied breakfast and dinner. I’m gluten intolerant, but I always found plenty of delicious options. In the evenings, there were good live music programs.

Our bathroom was without light, they needed an electrician to go there and see it after we complained. It is something they should have checked before receiving new guests.

They had different entertainments every evening. The location was fantastic.

Location was perfect,close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in the apartment adjacent to hotel, which was very spacious and more quiet than the hotel itself. We will definitely return

We were missing blankets in room, nobody cleaned floor in ages, kitchen was mostly empty even though we stayed in apartment with kitchen. Calling every time to enter parking lot was tiring as we went on active holiday

Nice hotel in the centre of Paphos. The location is great. Apartment was in a different building than a reception and restaurant. So you have to pass the street to get there. Breakfast was great.

We had an apartment right at the main street and the windows were very thin such that it got pretty noisy during the night.

Nice location close to the seaside promenade and Kato station. The apartment was very spacious and offered everything for a pleasant stay. Certainly recommendable, also for a longer stay in Paphos. The staff was also welcoming and supportive.

Three of us stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Living room was equipped with a kitchenette, large fridge and seating for four with a small balcony. It was comfortable enough and clean too. The swimming pool was large and plenty of sun beds . There was also a gym with a fair bit of equipment and plenty of on site parking. The location was great and the value for money very good. Not luxury, but a great place for a short family stay.
