Closeness to the sea. Aircons in all rooms

Got robbed at night. Safety at zero level, which is very strange coz according to the words from police "it happens often in this area...". In addition, the only help we could get from the manager of this apartment was "call the police". I guess if my guests were robbed in my apartment, I'd run immediately to try to help them to sort things out. But nothing. You got robbed, that's your problem.

We liked the place, that was so near the sea, we didn't expect. The apartament was really nice.

We didn't like that there were no BROOM to sweep the floor, to sweep the sand and small stones from the beach. That was really exhausting. There were only floor brush for wet brushing however it wasn't comfortable to sweep. This is the only thing that they need to improve.

Location

No welcome pack, no instructions, filthy kitchen cloths, dangerous kettle which heated up all over, Fridge/Freezer not turned on, super thick quilt and no sheets on bed, no hot water. ZERO response from management.

Only a few steps away from the beach which is the reason why i picked that place. We were there at the end of March and it was very quiet. We had breakfast on the terrace every day. There are small supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. Everyone speaks English. Easy communication with the agency before and after the stay. I will recommend that place if you want to enjoy the beach every day 😄 .

Everything was perfect,the appartment was clean and the personnel very helpful.We're looking forward to come back again.The appartment is front of the beach,from the balcony it's 10 meters away only,highly recommend.

The apartment was clean with all you needed to relax in a beautiful location with sea view.

The apartment is located right by a very lovely sandy beach.

The first issue that made me feel uncomfortable is the communication with the property management. I booked this apartment quite a few months in advance of our trip for my family of four persons, that apart from myself, consists of my two sons in their early twenties and my teenage daughter. Just a couple of weeks before our trip I contacted the property on the subject of potentially accommodating the fifth person. Instead of just saying yes or no, I was re-directed to the booking.com customer service, who took some time to get back to me without actually answering my question. Never mind, I originally booked the place for 4 people, so it's fair enough, I just wasn't expecting saying yes or no would be difficult. On our arrival day, our flight was delayed and we finally made it to the apartment at 4 o'clock in the morning. In addition to being tired, we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that the property had no toilet paper provided!!! Naturally, we all found that extremely frustrating to put it very mildly! Later on I contacted the management company to express my frustration and was offered a thousand of apologies... Next... The property description states the apartment has free Wi-Fi and the little notice on the dining table shows which network to connect to and the password. Great! However, when we tried to connect, the specified network didn't come up on the list of available networks. Mmm... Unfortunately, the notice doesn't tell the guests where the Wi-Fi router is and that it needs turning on... How on earth do they expect guests to know that?! The last comment I'd make is that both bedrooms have double beds, which isn't ideal if you're staying with children who are not keen on sharing the same bed. Two single beds in one of the bedrooms would be better. The whole experience of staying in that apartment was somewhat made us feel unwelcome, and very much doubt I will ever consider booking this place again.

The location was great,apartment was clean

Got shouted at by the neighbour when we tried to get to the beach from the front walk way, so we had to exit the front so we can lock up and walk round to get to the beach, I did ask the day after I got there if we were allowed I was told they would let me know, I checked out and still didn’t hear from anyone.

We have stayed at this property before and absolutely love its location - right on the beach, you can hear the waves from the living room. It’s a lovely, quiet residential apartment block and has been perfect whilst visiting family in the area.

The property seemed to get quite damp especially in a morning, the wardrobe smelt and the bedding felt a little damp on arrival. Possibly due to its location so close to the beach. This was rectified by getting lots of air into the property each day - thankfully we had good weather during our stay. We both find the beds quite uncomfortable.

Fabulous location, right on the beach. We arrived late at night and could hear the waves. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Bottle of wine was a really nice welcome treat too.

Nothing, we can’t wait to stay again.

Location is amazing, just few meters from the beach, you literally go out, and after 30 steps you're at the sea. The apartment is modern, big and clean, with Big TV (at least 55"), big refrigerator, modern air conditioner in every room, two bedrooms with big double bed in each one. Close to local restaurants and a bus station. You can also order food from Wolt. Has a washing machine, which was a very comfortable thing to have. The owner was responsive and answered to messaged in Booking app fast, even at late evening hours. Really an amazing place, looks better in reality than in photos. Will book it again for sure! 😊

1. There was no powder for the watching machine, but after requesting it from the owner, he responded quickly, was very nice and kindly supplied it the next day 2. For some reason for two nights there was no hot water at night for a short period, we don't know why. we didn't contact the owner because it was not a big deal because the weather was hot, but maybe at colder weather it worth verifying it's ok. 3. And a suggestion - I personally think it will be great if you guys will replace the curtain in the shower with a glass door, it will upgrade the shower, and will make it more convenient.

Walking straight to the beach is a wonderful. Everything was working fine at the apartment
