Unfortunately the pool was missing quite a few tiles on the bottom and you would randomly find a new tile that had come loose which could be dangerous if you step on them as they are sharp. Beds are also really hard.

The villa was really big and modern. The downstairs living area is very spacious and well equipped with a very cold fridge which is a god send. The aircon throughout the property is also very good

Nothing, it was perfect

Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and lots of wardrobe space. There was a bottle of fizz in the fridge on our arrival, which was a lovely touch, also milk, water and coffee/tea, and orange juice. Air con wasn’t working in one of the rooms and this was sorted straight away. Pool was cleaned a few times a week , sunbeds were comfy and they even let us have a late check out free of charge until 5 as we were there for our wedding. Just a short walk into town and beach , would definitely go back.

The only criticism would be that the bathrooms are a little small in comparison to the rooms, which are generous and the locks a bit fiddly on the doors

Pool could have done with a little bit of a clean. We didn't use it, not because it was really really dirty, mainly because it wasn't warm enough

All great, though little improvements could be made. Like enough hangers, keys in the bathroom doors and more pillows, one flat one each was not great. WiFi didn’t reach the master bedroom. Not deal breakers at all, easy fixed.

Great location,clean, modern and plenty of space for 7 of us. Appreciated the fab sun loungers and essentials in the fridge. Useful welcome pack.

We stayed in diamond villa 8, the hob is damaged but still works. There were two damaged sunbeds that other travellers have commented on, so it was disappointing that they had not been replaced.

The Villa was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool & outside area and used the BBQ a few times. Plenty of utensils. Nice for the owner to leave water, milk, juice and a bottle of wine- Thank you!

The house was amazing, spacious for a company of 8. The pool size was really nice and big. The house had a great kitchen with all equipment to cook. The location was really good, close to nice organized beach sides. Mrs Victoria, the hostess was really nice and helpful whenever u needed her

We had to sweep daily as there were ants in the living room (it’s not the only place in Cyprus where this happened though) - they do provide bug spray in case you want to use it.

We went there during the New Year. The villa was nice (we stayed at Black Diamond 8). There is 1 bedroom with twin beds at the ground level + 1 bathroom with shower and 3 more bedrooms at the first floor (one bedroom with queen bed has also a bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom). The beds were ok, large wardrobes, there is a washing machine on the first floor (bring your own detergent if you consider using it). I liked the open space on the ground floor - the kitchen is nice and it has a big island, it is pretty well equipped. They provide 2-3 dishwasher pods and 2-3 garbage bags (so, in case you plan to cook more at the villa and use the dishwasher, I recommend bringing some extra dishwasher pods; and garbage bags). On the positive side, they did provide a new sponge for the dishes, 2 kitchen towels, 1 cleaning rag. When we arrived we found in the fridge a bottle of water, a bottle of juice and a bottle of sparkling wine - which we really appreciated. There is a beach where you can get by walking, but if you plan to see more of the island, we definitely recommend renting a car (there are 2 private parking spots. In conclusion, it was a nice vacation, pretty quiet area (as we went there during the holiday season - there is a construction area just across the street but it looked like they are close to finish anyway). The villa is not brand new, (there are 2 broken pool longes which would be nice if they would replace, the adjustable “head holder” part of the sofa are broken), but overall, the villa it is in a decent condition and it is definitely worth the money we paid - obviously cheaper off season).

There is nothing not to like about the property

The property was very spacious. Clean and tidy. Good cooking facility’s. Very nice pool was cleaned 2 times during are stay what was really nice.

The villa and hosts are a 10/10, but the building works were quite intrusive. I think we were unlucky when we arrived as the two villas directly next to us were the only ones being worked on. This meant a fair bit of noise, people being able to see into the pool areas from high and vehicle noises. For an update, building works actually start between 7 and 7:30 am, not 8 am as stated. It's quite active in the morning but slows down by midday or a bit earlier. They worked the Saturday and Sunday we were there, so it's also not mon-fri as stated. Like I said, I think we were unlucky. We made it work.

I booked villas 10 and 9 as we had a large family holiday. Both villas were spacious and well presented with plenty of bathrooms. The host Victoria, who met me on arrival, was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The pool in number 10 is huge and gets the sun the entire day. It is a 10 minute walk to the start of the strip. Victoria allowed me to leave my bags in the villa while it was being cleaned when I checked in, so I didn't have to carry it around. On the last day we had late flights, she checked availability and gave us a later checkout to suit. She was very accommodating. It's a great villa with a great host.

No safety measures for the pool and also no gates between the pool and garden to the road. Can be hard with a toddler. Very small bathrooms and no bath (if you have a baby can be quite challenging.). They come to clean the villa only if you stay for more than 10 days and they don't give you any additional toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. beyond what they gave you on the first day (we had 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom, 3 dishwasher capsules, tea bags, sugar and a little bit of coffee, no washing powder, no shampoo (only hand soap), etc.). Very small and old BBQ griller. No TVs in the rooms

There is construction noise currently which we knew about when we booked. It does cause a lot of dust and so I would have appreciated some cleaning products being left in the property to try and stay on top of the cleaning. There is mirrors in the property but they're not easily accessed as they're inside wardrobe doors. I would have liked to have had mirrors more visible by plugs etc for hair make up etc....

They left a welcome pack for us with milk and cereal and juice. They also let us into the property early which was a great bonus.

Broken parasol so only able to use one between 7 people and broken glass around the sun beds. Tiles around the pool very slippery when wet.
