Pool was great, kitchen dining area was good size and the rooms are spacious and top floor all have a joining balcony which is nice for the evenings. Outdoor dining area is lovely we had a birthday whilst we were there host recommend bakery for beautiful cake and we had a lovely day. Area is nice and quiet music playing in the day but nothing that could possibly disturb you. Neighbours were great when we were there even brought us treats at the end of there stay was perfect woold defo come back

The property itself was great there’s an issue with ants which is normal the time of what we went and they left ant spray and sent someone round to seal all the edges which was a great help and stopped any ants for the rest of the stay. I think a few more bin bags and other small essentials would’ve been nice and also the road to the main strip at night is a little awkward however it’s not that far to walk and that’s not the hosts fault.

Modern, clean and air con was a god send

Outside are could’ve been bigger and there needs to be gates on the sides.

The villa was really big and modern. The downstairs living area is very spacious and well equipped with a very cold fridge which is a god send. The aircon throughout the property is also very good

Unfortunately the pool was missing quite a few tiles on the bottom and you would randomly find a new tile that had come loose which could be dangerous if you step on them as they are sharp. Beds are also really hard.

Cleaning service was poor. 14 days without clean towels or bed linen is NOT acceptable.

Beds a very hard and uncomfortable for our preference. The Villa lacks the small details such as; well positioned mirrors in the bedroom, hooks on bathroom doors, dressing table, some kitchen essentials like a cheese grater and pint/ larger glasses. The pool is in shade from 3-4pm which may suit some families but we would have preferred the sun on the pool a little longer. The area is quite built up already and more villas being built .

Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and lots of wardrobe space. There was a bottle of fizz in the fridge on our arrival, which was a lovely touch, also milk, water and coffee/tea, and orange juice. Air con wasn’t working in one of the rooms and this was sorted straight away. Pool was cleaned a few times a week , sunbeds were comfy and they even let us have a late check out free of charge until 5 as we were there for our wedding. Just a short walk into town and beach , would definitely go back.

Nothing, it was perfect

I loved how modern it was, we had the sun all day long (number 10 at the end) It had all amenities, and the pool was cleaned every other day. Love how close everything is

It was a small scary walk to the main bit. Along the main road. And the flies drove us crazy

Wonderful villa with great facilities just a 10 minute walk to either the beach or the strip

The only criticism would be that the bathrooms are a little small in comparison to the rooms, which are generous and the locks a bit fiddly on the doors

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed

Pool could have done with a little bit of a clean. We didn't use it, not because it was really really dirty, mainly because it wasn't warm enough

Great location,clean, modern and plenty of space for 7 of us. Appreciated the fab sun loungers and essentials in the fridge. Useful welcome pack.

All great, though little improvements could be made. Like enough hangers, keys in the bathroom doors and more pillows, one flat one each was not great. WiFi didn’t reach the master bedroom. Not deal breakers at all, easy fixed.

The Villa was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool & outside area and used the BBQ a few times. Plenty of utensils. Nice for the owner to leave water, milk, juice and a bottle of wine- Thank you!

We stayed in diamond villa 8, the hob is damaged but still works. There were two damaged sunbeds that other travellers have commented on, so it was disappointing that they had not been replaced.

The only downside was there was a problem with ants getting in the kitchen

Great location easy walking from all beaches bars etc.

We went there during the New Year. The villa was nice (we stayed at Black Diamond 8). There is 1 bedroom with twin beds at the ground level + 1 bathroom with shower and 3 more bedrooms at the first floor (one bedroom with queen bed has also a bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom). The beds were ok, large wardrobes, there is a washing machine on the first floor (bring your own detergent if you consider using it). I liked the open space on the ground floor - the kitchen is nice and it has a big island, it is pretty well equipped. They provide 2-3 dishwasher pods and 2-3 garbage bags (so, in case you plan to cook more at the villa and use the dishwasher, I recommend bringing some extra dishwasher pods; and garbage bags). On the positive side, they did provide a new sponge for the dishes, 2 kitchen towels, 1 cleaning rag. When we arrived we found in the fridge a bottle of water, a bottle of juice and a bottle of sparkling wine - which we really appreciated. There is a beach where you can get by walking, but if you plan to see more of the island, we definitely recommend renting a car (there are 2 private parking spots. In conclusion, it was a nice vacation, pretty quiet area (as we went there during the holiday season - there is a construction area just across the street but it looked like they are close to finish anyway). The villa is not brand new, (there are 2 broken pool longes which would be nice if they would replace, the adjustable “head holder” part of the sofa are broken), but overall, the villa it is in a decent condition and it is definitely worth the money we paid - obviously cheaper off season).

We had to sweep daily as there were ants in the living room (it’s not the only place in Cyprus where this happened though) - they do provide bug spray in case you want to use it.
