There were no overhead ceiling lights,so it was difficult to see inside the wardrobes when it was dark. The dining room was far too small. The food stations were too close to each other. The food was average.

Located in a quiet area, easy to find, plenty of parking, staff were very friendly and helpful - less the bar man. Receptionist was excellent on our arrival, plenty of sun beds. Room was spotless on arrival. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally located for a walk into Protaras or Pernera

Foam mattress - too soft and hot for my tastes. My partner found it more comfortable than me but did comment he found it too warm too. This is a common typical problem with foam mattresses.

Bacon at breakfast was not very nice, but there was a nice selection of pastries, cereal, eggs, sausages, baked beans. Nice selection of cold and hot drinks.

Great location minutes away from a nice beach, shops, restaurants and from bus stop taking you to other beautiful beaches, waterworld and Agia Napa centre. Great pool and sunbeds are always available. Lovely calm atmosphere around the pool. Evening entertainment at the bar. Pool table and table tennis. Helpful staff at the front desk who were always available.

One waiter from the pool bar had a bad attitude, but rest of the hotel staff was really nice so we are satisfied in general.

BGH is nice and modern hotel, with fully renovated rooms, specious balcons, very nice pool and outdoor area. Food: OK, a lot of choices for everyone. Location: good, it's not like top class hotels in front of the beaches, but still, it's 10 minutes by walk/2 minutes by car from the main beaches in Protaras. You can take beach towels for 10 eur deposit. Our room was not ready at the time of check in, but reaction from the manager was great, he offered us a free meal. Nice touch, this is how manager should react. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but it's important that reaction is appropriate, so we didn't mind it at the end.

No noise isolation, there was a lot of noise all day and night from the other customers,, one children was playing with the ball iat the floor corridor, we couldn't rest.
