Very nice personel, familiar atmosphere and super friendly staff.

Too expensive drinks in the bar when compering prices to restaurants and cocktail bar in city center.

Clean, nice & helpful staff, always someone in the front desk, even at nights. Good for the basics.

No hot water in the shower, no proper shampoo.

The cleanliness was not that nice. We stand there one night, for the price, is ok, but don t expect the room to be very very clean, there were ants in the bathroom and the the mirrors were not wiped properly

Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast and dinner were good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had nice pool view. Hotel has good location, 10 minute walk from Castella beach and Mackenzie beach. It's in the quiet part of Larnaca. I would recommend this hotel, it's great value for money.

it's an old hotel but very clean and good if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

The location of the property was good about 20 minute walk to the beach and beach strip. The owners were friendly.

It felt like a hostel. The room was very small to incorporate 3 single beds you couldn’t even swing a cat in it. The shower was so small if you were bigger person you would struggle to manoeuvre in it with half your body hanging over it. The aircon fan on the balcony was positioned poorly on the balcony. It was facing towards the table and chairs, so when you had the aircon on and wanted to sit outside the fan would blow hot air towards the table like a hairdryer it was horrible and couldn’t make use of the balcony. The floors of the rooms were not swept everyday as should be, very dusty on bare feet. The pool and sun beds were clean but the hotel is surrounded by buildings so there no breeze can circulate which made the pool area very hot and air stagnant it was very uncomfortable especially in 40° heat.

We booked this hotel for 1 night as our flight was cancelled. The staff and facilities were great, for a 2 star hotel. I would stay here again and for longer.

Good location- nestled between Mckenzie beach and Finikoudis.. quiet location- Petros supermarket close by . It’s 2 star - no frills.. the pool was great, the reception staff were fabulous. Big shout out to Evdokios- so helpful and polite.. the reception staff go above and beyond really.

It’s a budget hotel .. don’t expect more than that in terms of food or comfort

Most comfortable beds for people who have problems with back. I have checked ALL options in the area. Maybe for someone it will be useful.

Shower rose was broken, had to use it as a hand shower. Breakfast was very bland, could improve on this

Simply, a 2 star hotel with 5 star staff, there was an unfortunate "waft" of sewer smell that appeared in the bathroom, I think that might just be local plumbing, but the reception desk sent up cleaners and cleaned everything thoroughly but it still persisted, so maybe a plumbing issue. But the main thing that made my stay so endearing was how kind, warm and friendly the staff were, they treated me like family and that's the most important thing to me, as I said, 2 star hotel with 5 star staff! :) Cyprus probably isn't for me (too hot), but they helped me and if I ever go back to Cyprus I'd stay at this hotel again!
