Best villa we have ever stayed in! The place is so clean, decent spec and so well equipped. Lots of little touches that made it perfect - storage, hangers and hooks, fantastic kitchen equipment, off road parking, activies and games, a cot, and an excellent location between restaurants and a beautiful beach. Feels like a loved and cared for property and not just another villa.

The location was ideal, with very easy access to Malama Beach. The house was clean, and the host, George, was very supportive, answering all our questions promptly. The house looked exactly like the pictures, featuring a large swimming pool, a pool table, and a foosball table. I highly recommend this property for families of 5-6 people.

We had a perfect time. A well-equipped and above all comfortable villa. You can see that there is thinking about maximum comfort and flexibility for vacationers. The pool is instructive and it is convenient to cook - outside or inside for those who want a cheaper vacation without needing restaurants. The location combines proximity to the sea within walking distance and proximity to the center - restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Since the prices of the villas are derived from the distance to the sea, in our opinion the greater proximity to the center creates a greater priority and cost/benefit for the price.

I would like the yard to be cleaner as well as the outside tables and furniture.

Spacious with too many facilities, good location amazing pool and entertaining games. Host was responsive and provide us with anything we needed.

Luxury villa this isn't. Neighbours up until 1am for half of our stay and told to call the police by the owner straight away as he hadn't met the neighbours yet and then changed his mind saying its usual activity during a Cypriot holiday ( after I complained - I have the text where he said it was unacceptable on the day) yet no other villa did this in the road and this wasn't mentioned when we booked. There is no safe or toiletries so incorrect on listing as not provided. The outside pool area was dirty, broken basketball hoop ( we have a photo the day we arrived at 10am it is broken as he's tried to blame us ), 2 deflated lilos unuseable, only 3 sunbeds (5 advertised) shower unusable due to broken tiles ( again mis sold as not recent photo in description) Overgrown plants not in photos on booking, leaves in pool daily. No cupboard space for any food in the kitchen as full of needless kitchen equipment so food had to be stored on the kitchen worktop ? Mould on shower curtain and broken shower, air con unit and light. No manual for anything so couldn't use pizza oven, washing machine without researching. Cockroaches even though we had all doors and windows closed, no advice given on this ( again in previous villas we have had everything in a manual ) tourist info all out of date by 5 years, again shoved in a drawer. Electrical wires and holes in walls. Black tape mending the dining room chairs, fan doesn't work outside, vent on bottom of pool broke and cut a toe which must have already been damaged as its thick hard plastic and he expected us to fit it or wait until after our holiday?! I said it was unacceptable to leave it and we had to refit before we could use the pool. Cut finger on getting out of the pool due to rough unkept edges, a/c unit in bedroom leaking, extension leads added around the house... the list is endless and the owner takes no responsibility.

I did contact the owner about the ice issues, we managed to look on line for information how to use, and asked that the water filter needed changing this did not happen , the beds were very uncomfortable to hard, we did ask about bedding as we stayed two weeks and were told to wash them our selfs I found this unfair and did ask that the owner have them change, after a couple of messages he did arrange for the bedding to be changed, the out side by the pool area and and seating area could have been cleaned ie the tables very dirty and the floor area could have been swept the day before we arrived, every day we had to clean the leaves and flowers out from the pool, the plants needed a good trim this could have helped as it states luxury villa, the out Side let it down, going forward I would recommend a detailed instructions manuals, microwave needs updating, not that we used it very much very old rust in side, and the lights in the bed rooms did not work, only lamps, this did not help for the when getting ready in the evening, found it quite dark did speak with the owner about this not resolved, dinning chairs some were fixed with duck tape once again states luxury-in my opinion needs to be changed,

The open space and lounge area very nice air conditioning and fans throughout fantastic
