Everything Staff went over and above from check in to check out .Dimetrea made the holiday 5+++ .The position between 3 lovely clean beaches and blue seas We came with young children and the hotel had everything we needed.we didnt leave the area .We did all inclusive and we didnt need for anything .The food and service at the Argo hamburger bar was 5** even though they knew that we were all inclusive .The breakfast had everything anyone needed from vegans to gluten free to pork free to children It may have been the same everyday but they had everything anyone could have wanted .The daily buffets were very suitable for families there was a wide variety of dishes for everyone .The all inclusive for a family was ideal And after reading reviews that were not so good Our group of 15 all found everything we wanted from milkshakes to cocktails all day .The good cappochino we ordered at breakfast from the coffee shop and the wonderful barwoman there to the pizza at 23.00 at night.Also the pool bar served everything we needed at no extra charge ..The final surprize and what makes a great holiday to superb was that we were all given cards for all inclusive after check out until our leaving hour at 8.pm .No one had ever heard of that at any hotel .We would 100% recommend this hotel for families with children Maybe not groups of young singles.we are 3 generations .Also The type of guests that were staying when we were at the hotel were all very nice people and although the hotel had 100% occupancy there was no loud music No shouting or loud people .Some of our group are already booking for next year

CyprusNeeds renovation of the gym, also Pilates reformers asap. Staff needs improvement and more training. Cleaning less needs a lot of improvement also. We make a couple of reasonable complaints, no one came back from the management, maybe not informed at all from the staff.

The views are amazing, every facility is reachable, the car charging station in the car park was very useful, also location is fantastic.

CyprusThe lifts were difficult to catch at busy times of the day. The drinks at the bar could be cheaper, especially the takeaway in a plastic cup (8 euro for an Aperol Spritz).
We had paid for the all-inclusive package. Everything was lovely, and the staff was helpful and kind each time we visited the restaurant. A huge buffet was available at all meals, and we had the change to sit inside or outside. The pools were kids-friendly and there was a lifeguard all the time. everything was clean and organized.

ArmeniaSince this is a family-friendly hotel, it might be helpful to remind guests to keep noise levels down in the evenings. There were a few nights when music or loud conversations from nearby balconies continued past 9 PM, which can be a challenge with young children trying to sleep.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel—it was spotless, welcoming, and perfect for families. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Julia at reception, who greeted us so warmly and even arranged a surprise for our anniversary: cold champagne and sweets waiting in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture! The restaurant was fantastic. Everyone was kind and attentive—special shoutout to Comfort, Maria, and Margarita (though everyone was lovely). The food was delicious, and we appreciated the dedicated kids’ menu. Unfortunately, we got a bit sick during our trip and didn’t get to explore everything, like the kids’ club. We did visit the indoor playroom, which was a nice option to have, though some equipment wasn’t working and there was a strong odor in the space. Our room was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel is clearly designed with families in mind—we saw many other families with small children, which made us feel right at home.
