Dirty bathroom, toilet. For sure nobody cleaned the toilet, it is black but it doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be clean! So somebody should supervise the stuff, the hotel is nice.

I had an amazing stay at this modern and beautifully designed hotel. The overall atmosphere is stylish and relaxing, with a lot of attention to detail in the décor and layout. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job – the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The gym was fantastic – fully equipped and great air-conditioning. It also had large windows with an amazing view, which made workouts even more enjoyable. There are three large pools and one smaller pool, all cleaned daily.The pool areas are beautifully designed, with plenty of available sunbeds and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The food was truly a highlight. The kitchen offered different dishes every day, and everything was delicious! The dessert table was also fantastic, with a variety of fresh fruits, cakes, and cheeses. Special thanks to sous-chef George for consistently fresh, delicious, and varied meals. Big thanks to restaurant staff Saroj and Fotis—they were professional, polite, and attentive, making every dinner even more enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Tomas at the Salty Bar—he’s incredible! A true professional who clearly loves what he does. His cocktails are amazing, and his personality creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere. He is the heart and soul of the bar. A big thank you to Operations Manager Victoria, who ensures top-quality service and guest satisfaction. Her professionalism shows in every detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended – we will definitely return!

A/C was a bit tricky to balance between comfort and quiet at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Cavo Zoe! The room was spacious and comfortable, and for my wife’s birthday the team went above and beyond — surprising us with champagne, cake, and a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea view room. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and a nice break from the local tavernas. And we loved the friendly hotel cat, which made the place feel even more charming.

Towels for the pool are too small for the beds so you need more than one towel to not burn from the cushion. Water on all inclusive is via the post mix we were not allowed bottles, this is the only thing I thought was really bad for all inclusive, and some of the spirits used were local not branded.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay and would definitely return. Special mention to the staff who on the whole were great especially Kaydee, Tomas and Frixos. Food and drinks were good.

Very little! If I was being (very) picky I would say ‘a side sea view’ is an overstatement. Our room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the carpark. The gym isn’t open until 8am (although their online info says 9am). Ideally the hours would be extended a bit - I’m not sure there’s a reason to only be open when there’s no one monitoring it. The team could do with more staff at the pool bar too making drinks there was one poor lady rushed off her feet the whole time and the others didn’t seem allowed to make drinks.

Honestly what a beautiful place! This was a last minute trip with a friend and we wanted to just relax and be in the sun. This place did not disappoint and I can see why it’s rated so highly. Fully justified! The staff were wonderful, the food excellent (and plentiful!), gym was great and views stunning. The buffet catered to a range of dietary needs, I’m mostly veggie and definitely didn’t go hungry.

There are no rules on reserving loungers - so if you aren't putting a towel out at 6am, good luck getting a sun lounger or bed by the pool! It was a bit frustrating as it made the experience feel more stressful and less relaxing/ luxury when the guests are fighting over poolside spots.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible - the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced! The room was gorgeous too. The overall vibe was very relaxed , premium - we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and attentive.
