The surroundings were very messy - tired and full of junk. This is not the best first impression. The location was such that without a car it's very difficult to stay there. Luckily we had a car.

The room was well isolated and stayed cool. The air conditioning was very effective (and necessary) but towards the end it started to become very noisy. The little kitchen was good enough but the small and jumbled collection of cutlery and crockery was a bit poor. Mario the contact (an employee, not the owner) was super-helpful and friendly and gave us everythiung we needed.

A few small niggles , the corridors were dirty and looked shabby. In my apartment there was a TV but no remote , no plug for the kitchen sink and the cutlery and crockery was quite sparse

Peaceful , quiet location, not too far from the main road and amenities, the apartment was clean and had a sea view . included in the price was a one way inbound taxi transfer, the pick up details were sent to me on arrival at Paphos airport I had a late arrival and reception was closed, but the taxi driver knew my room number and where to find the key. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot . All in all the apartment was reasonably equipped , parking was provided and i arranged a late check out for 10 euros ,

- exterior of hotel needs reconstruction -TV was not working properly (not working remote and no sound) -location is 4km from city center and lot of houses in reconstruction around and some trash on street around -no towels (you can buy on reception for 5€, but we bought nice one from the shop with map of Cyprus:)) But for that price is perfect apartment

The wifi was rather slow running at around 10MBPS and the toilet seat kept closing by itself and it was a bit annoying that i had to hold it every time i used the toilet the kettle had limescale that i had to descale so i could use the kettle without any weird aftertaste.

A really big apartment, everything about the place was really nice especially the view and being really close to the beach. the bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked really well. the shower was warm and the water pressure was good.

I personally didn't have any problems with the place at all, my wife felt things could have been a little cleaner, but unless you are staying in a big hotel or villa, these are the kind of standards you get, especially for the price. I think other reviewers have been unrealistic in their expectations for the price of the property.

Overall, this was a good little stop over at the end of the holiday, close to Paphos and the airport. The chap on reception really made this place. Super friendly and helpful, could tell he really wanted to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were a decent size, air-con in every room, large balcony, and free parking right next to the apartment. The communal pool was very big, with a smaller one for the little ones.

Nobody in reception at check in and none of the numbers posted on the window which we phoned were answered. Had to roam the site looking for another holiday maker to help contact the host, which they were unable to do. Was in the process of booking a different hotel when the host called the guest to tell them the apartment number and keys were in the door. Beds were uncomfortable and water didn't work on first day, took a while for someone to come and look at the issue.

Pool was a good size and not too deep for the kids. Apartment was a very good size and contained everything needed. Good location for beach & harbour.

Needs some cleaning between guests, not everyone is a Monica 💅🏼 While Mario seemed more than willing to help his guests, no one else seemed to work there, so not sure if they have staff 🫣

It was quiet, pool wasn’t too crowded, but the water filters weren’t working on 2 of the 5 days of our stay. We’ve read the previous reviews and brought sheets, towels and cleaning products.We stayed in apt 305, great view. I’ve cleaned after ourselves, defrosted the fridge, scrubbed bathrooms and kitchen. We might book again , good value for money 😊

Kitchen had bare minimum for cooking. Flat functional but shabby. Very messy entrance area with rubbish.
