The villa we stayed in was immaculate with great views out to sea, the outside area had been washed down everyday before we even got out of bed. 10 minute walk to a supermarket and bar/cafe and 25 minutes to walk into the centre with a host of restaurants and activities, there is a local taxi company who are excellent if you would rather taxi back, overall I would recommend these villas everyday

Stunning apartment with all amenities. Really well equipped kitchen, loads of space and generous size garden/pool. Lovely to have a few essentials in the fridge upon arrival. Beautiful views of the sea and fantastic sunset views.

We picked the coldest week in February and couldn't get warm the first night, if he had a heater in the property he could rent all through the winter too. Second night we got the AC working on hot so much better.

Fantastic location and views couldn't be better. Chris the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

If there was a criticism. I didn't like the metal steps into the pool at my age I prefer inbuilt steps. And although there were plenty of pillows on the bed they were really lumpy.

Lovely villa with great views and really good staff. Rooms were bigger than we thought and nice bathrooms. All the facilities you would expect and really good staff who kept the place immaculate.

The villa had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Like home from home. It was comfortable, quiet and the pool was brilliant. Shops, restaurants and beach all a short drive away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this villa to family, friends and anyone looking for somewhere wonderful to stay.

Beautiful villa. Clean, comfortable, spacious and airy. The garden was well kept with a lovely pool which we spent a lot of time in. It was lovely to watch the sparrows and house martins fluttering about. We hired a car and went to lots of lovely restaurants both in Polis old town and in Latchi harbour. We also hired an off road buggy and explored the hills and the coast by the blue lagoon..

The air conditioning is linked to movement sensors. If you're an especially heavy sleeper, it might mean that you wake up hot once or twice during your stay. Air conditioning in the living area is a paid extra too, but we found the breeze and fan enough to keep things comfortable. Didn't especially bother us and it's good for the environment, but worth knowing in case someone in your party is sensitive to heat.

Very good size villa with a beautiful view that's equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The hosts are just attentive enough to keep everything clean but still give you plenty of privacy. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the gardens and pool incredibly well kept too. The photos on here really don't do the property justice! There is a lovely beach and a small town a short walk away, as well as a few well stocked convenience stores. That said, we found a hire car very useful indeed. There's easy parking and the villa is well signposted. The welcome pack of bread, beer, milk, cheese and jam was very much appreciated! Wifi is reliable and fast. Would stay again without any hesitation.

The location was beautiful , the area very quite , lovely views out to sea and mountains. There was a welcome pack for breakfast which was great as we arrived quite late . Chris was lovely and very helpful, so was the housekeeper . Would love to stay here again in the future.

There is absolutely nothing

The villa is gorgeous! The location is fantastic. I didnt hire a car so walked everywhere, nothing is too far, yet the villas are very private. I had absolutely everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. It is spotless, inside (thank you Varvara) and outside. I have travelled around Cyprus and never met owners who take that much care of the property. The pool area was immaculate! Aside from that, the owner and Varvara are just lovely people, friendly, happy to help, respective of privacy. A huge thank you and I will be returning (I am not just saying it, I will be)

Our booking and other people's bookings were mixed up so we had to move Villa once and got woke up late night twice by people arriving from plane flights and knocking on our door thinking they were at our villa. Renovating Villa opposite- construction noise

Spacious. Great pool and surrounds. Good location for beaches, villages, tavernas etc. lovely view of hills and bay. Very clean. Good quality facilities.
