Refurbishment of the hotel meant that we were woken at 6.15 by the noise. The breakfast could have been better and the room was a bit dated

Refurb going on so no access to the car park area. The pool bar staff played the music very loud so you had to shout your order to them which they couldn't hear very well. Was charged full price of €8 for a Hugo when I had only ordered elderflower cordial and soda (no alcohol).

The room was very clean and well furnished. Pool area was nice and the food from the pool bar and the breakfast was very good.

Air-conditioning is temperamental. Plus, it only works when in the room (key-card inserted) which is not very convenient when outside temperature is 40 degrees and you have been out to work all day. Only 1 towel per guest!?! Wi-Fi connection was unstable.

A nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff (except for the inside bar). The Catering Manager deserves a special mention due to his professionalism and kind demeanor. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Pool bar.

Bedroom furniture in need of updating but bed was comfortable. Only one electric socket in the room which was difficult if you want to charge more than one phone. Old uncomfortable wooden furniture on balcony needs replacing. Not disabled friendly - stairs to breakfast area and stairs to entrance and pool.

Lovely pool area. New bathroom with large shower and big white fluffy towels. Underground parking out of the heat, and location was good in the city centre. Staff were helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The highlight for me was the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again.

Limited tv channels. Bath without taps or plug so shower into bath only. Shower screen blocking access to shower controls

They should have a ramp as it was difficult to carry the luggage, and I had hurt my knee it was very difficult to use the steps. Also , the breakfast they had three type of pork from sausages to bacon and ham they should have at least kosher item other than eggs.

The location is good , the staff were excellent especially Costa I can’t thank him enough.

Not a single english TV channel was available. All Greek, Russian and German. Even Euronews was in Greek. Hotel parking usually full and costs 3 euros per car per day. I hear there is an underground car park but reception doesnt tell you this.

I went for an Annual Christmas event -the dinner as always had divine greek food and was delicious. Breakfast also very good. Rooms newly renovated.

didn't dislike the hotel, just thought for the price paid it is overrated.

Room was very nice and clean - Air con left a bit to be desired - no instruction on how to use it - but then most hand held units are the same, still could not get it to do as i programed. Breakfast was not excellent but very good

The rooms are looking dated with peeling wallpaper and old furnishings. Although we were supposed to be in a non smoking room, the room smelt of smoke.

The pool looked nothing like their advertising and was not very warm. It was open for a swim till six, but the bar shut at five, so no coffee to warm up afterwards! A bit dated inside, and the bedroom ac didn’t really try very hard making for a very warm night.

The rooms and overall feel of the hotel is that it's rundown and old. However, everything functioned properly. Overall the place needs renovating.
