The apartment was clean. Lovely balcony. Enjoyed sitting outside. We absolutely loved the swimming pool. Clean, it was perfect. The food at the restaurant was delicious and at a reasonable price. We enjoyed drinking our coffee at the bar. Definitely will stay there again.

We there with family. 1 child, dishes inside room was dirty, we was clean them again to use them. It not have any washer or soap for dishes... Have just 2 towels for 3 people. 2 small pieces of soap in bathroom. Ac in bedroom was broken. It was blowing directly on you and you can not do nothing with it. Breakfast not good at all. So we decide to eat in room and cook by ourselves after breakfast.

Pool is big and nice. Very nice for children, start from low level and goes deeper, very nice for children. On pool has a bar where you can drink something. By the way cocktails amazing. It has washing machine inside the room, oven, all good.

The water supply was just dripping and we had to switch off and on the Water pressure system for 5 minutes, before each shower use, which is very inconvenient.

They upgraded our reservation for one night to a Villa instead of a Studio and this was very nice, although we did not need a villa for just one night, after an exhausting business day in the area. Still, we very much appreciated this!!

I did not like the room resources. It had all equipment in the kitchen except microwave. The toilet should have more items like. The blanket didn’t have cover in it. Compared to the resort area the rooms were not up to the mark.

Location is good. The resort area was nice. The pool looks good but didn’t use it.

Neighbours. 😡🤬

Overall everything was good and we would come again but our main problem was the neighbors. This complex needs to be more careful with the travelers. The neighbor across the street had a party until 4am. The neighbor downstairs had 2 dogs and we couldn't sleep because of the barking. The neighbors next door were fighting until the morning. The hair dryer was broken but the location and house were great. The pool was great.

Very noisy boiler 24 hours a day. Toilet stinks of sewage. Towels that were put in the bath for wash were hanged outside to dry by the cleaner for us to re use.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, instead of blowing warm air it was blowing cold air. There were no cooking utensils, only a frying pan. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms. There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

They let it go a bit. Gardens with weeds, pealed outside walls, garbage on the side of the road driving up the facilities.

You need a car. Nothing close by. Also all the facilities were closed, no sauna n th gym was a small room in the basement.

The Guy on reception when we arrived was rude and lazy, and unwilling to help when I pointed out that we needed bedding for the sofa bed, which had been requested in advance and wasn't there. He sauntered off, dragging his feet and tutting, and made me wait 20 minutes whilst he went scowling from apartment to apartment looking for spare linen.

The apartment was huge and bright and the view from the balcony was amazing! The cleaner, Nonna, was a wonderful lady. Always had a smile and a chat, and came in to clean most days.
