Israel1. The gym doesn’t fit a luxury hotel whatsoever. The equipment feels outdated and rusty, and there were not enough machines. Air conditioning was also not functioning well. Really hurt the impression of an otherwise modern and chic resort. 2. Variety of breakfast is lacking. Same every day. No salads, only a few types of cheese, etc. Quality of food was great but we expected a bit more variety from such a luxurious resort. 3. Bees (or wasps? I can’t tell) are often buzzing around the table at the outdoor restaurants and bars. The staff were nice about it and brought smoke to scare them off but the smell of smoke while you eat is also not great. For that reason it’s recommended to eat breakfast indoors at the west wing restaurant instead of the east wing. 4. Prices at the bars and restaurants are very high. 5 euros for a glass of juice, 10 for a smoothie, 50 euro pp at dinner, etc. The restaurants down the road have much more reasonable prices and all were very good. 5. Would be great to have a better equipped kitchenette with a larger fridge, more than only 2 spoons for a family, etc. 6. The no parents policy in the kids club and also 28 euros per session for kids under 4 were a bit of a let down.. We couldn’t hang with our toddler there because of that and he threw a tantrum realizing his older brothers can play while he can’t (we wouldn’t have left him with strangers for 28 euros, having a parent area where one can watch the children play makes much more sense). Also only one controller for the game console, which can lead to frustration. 7. No open shop in the resort (but there’s a mini market down the road) 8. Pools need more shaded shallow water areas where children who don’t swim well can play without getting direct sun.
1. The suite is amazing. We were 5 and booked a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and felt really luxurious. With lots of areas to sit and store stuff. They also brought a gift for each child (a teddy bear and/or a hat) which felt really heartwarming. 2. Air conditioning is perfect in the room and in the lobby. We heard bad things about Cyprus in this regard, and we visited in one of the hottest weeks in history (45 degrees), but the hotel really managed to keep us cool and happy. 3. Breakfast is very good quality, although lacks variety (see below) 4. Everything is beautiful, pools are very nice. We were told the east pool is for families with younger children but we actually found the west pool to be just as good for that if not better (and no one told us to leave or be quiet) 5. Staff is super friendly and helpful - we especially liked Valentina from the kids club and Andreas from the seven Cs bar. 6. Kids club is very nice, although we have some thoughts for improvement (see below)

CyprusFood to the pool bars and drinks are too expensive. So when there is an option for all inclusive to be the best option. An example is €6 for a fredo and 15eur for 3 chicken figures with fries. The beach is rocky but otherwise is fine
Spacious rooms for families, clean and practical with essence of luxury. Many options gor breakfast to dayisfy all members of the family combining buffet are one the minute options. Facilities and pools satisfied both the kids and us with the option for the kids club to be an excellent choice sometimes.

GreeceWe had high expectations for this hotel (since this was the third time visiting) but the food and service—particularly at the Asian restaurant—were a real letdown. We asked for an ashtray twice, and despite the requests, no one brought it. Eventually, we had to get it ourselves. That set the tone for the rest of the experience. They began serving our food (which we were sharing) without bringing any plates. We had to specifically ask for them, which felt like a basic oversight in service. The tacos were downright terrible. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the oil—definitely not the quality you’d expect from a hotel of this rating. We complained, and they did bring us a new batch, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. It seems like they’re not using fresh or high-quality oil. The service at the swimming pool bar was just as disappointing. Although it was supposed to close at 18:00, I went there at 17:50 and found two staff members present. I tried to speak to them, but they completely ignored me until I raised my voice to get their attention. Even then, the woman at the bar refused to make a simple juice, saying they were closed—despite it still being within operating hours. Overall, the food and service simply do not reflect the price point or the supposed star rating of the hotel. It was a very disappointing experience.
Very clean and nice rooms. The swimming pool area was really nice with automated system to order what ever you want. The reception staff very good and polite. We even asked for late check out and they offered it for free.

LebanonMostly we had a great time, if we want to be picky, we can say the food was average. They have a central kitchen that dispatches the same foods to different restaurants (which are all beautiful by the way). All the food felt like it was prepared in advance and the ingredients used in sandwiches like cheese and bread felt low quality, processed food. The kids club is great, but is only free to access for older children. For the younger kids it only offers a baby sitting service, so younger kids have nothing to do outside of the pool. The hotel could benefit from a slide and swings in the shade for kids to play. And it would be great if the kids club could be used by younger kids with parent supervision.
The rooms we stayed in are beautiful as are the two pools. We stayed in the new building which has the newly refurbished rooms. We loved how peaceful it is and how friendly the staff is and how happy they are to accomodate any request.

LebanonThe kids club is only free to older kids and parents are not allowed to stay with younger kids. So unless you’re willing to leave toddlers with total stangers for 35 euro per hour, they are not allowed to play with the toys or use the art materials. Would be great to have a shaded outdoor playground. Even a simple one for kids to play when they are not in the pool (which also has zero shade).
The whole team is especially welcoming. They were super helpful and accommodating and flexible. They have a varied kids menu and kids club.
