Only complaint and I'm being picky but the beds are on the soft side so you wake up a bit sore in the morning.

Beautiful villa with everything we needed in a quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Beaches are 10-20 minute walk away. The guest relations team deals with any issues promptly (broken sun lounger). Protaras is a great place to holiday, family friendly with lots to do.

For us with a small child although we appreciate they should never be left alone there was no gate at the side entrance…….anyone could just walk in

Some lamps in the living room would be nice for the evenings. The towels were threadbare and some had holes in them.

The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The directions and process of getting into the villa were excellent. We paid to have the pool heated and I am so glad we did. We had a lot of use of it and our 3 year old grandson was never out of it. Villa is very comfortable and well equipped.

Had issues finding the villa, as this is a new development, taxis and delivery drivers struggled to find it.also the cost to heat the pool is expensive, but an essential, this should maybe be included in the initial price of booking.

The villa was beautiful, everything we needed was provided. Especially the welcome pack of grocery items upon arrival Such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread butter and Jam and water. Looking forward to staying again some time soon.

If I had to find a fault it would be that there was no remote for the tv and we only had 5 knives for 7 adults.

The villa was exceptionally good value for money. It was spotlessly clean. The level of service and communication from the manager was amazing both before and during our stay 👏. The outside area was perfect. We enjoyed lots of family time together in the pool, on the sunbeds and around the outside dining table.

Not much to dislike!

Everything was amazing, the villa is gorgeous and in the perfect location. So close to all amenities and so much to do! South facing pool/garden area was perfect. The roof terrace was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset, incredible views and lovely to have your morning coffee. Everything you need is there, bbq/cooking facilities/netflix etc. I would love to return here at some point.

Bathroom were a little small especially the en-suite. Some furniture on the upstairs patio needed. Some where to put jackets downstairs and a sideboard / unit would of been useful.

Very stylish and modern, immaculately clean. Great location lovely floor plan. Pool was lovely although a little cold . Excellent tv system and great wifi.

Everything was well, property was really nice, all facilities were amazing, perfect villa for a group. Our cab drivers Andreas and Angel went above and beyond for us, absolutely amazing people and can’t recommend them enough, felt more than safe getting around Cyprus with them!

the fact that for a little extra, I got a warm pool everyday day! the kids never got out

Heated pool is great, during new year eve it was 29 degrees celsius house is stylish, nice sliding doors in the living room area perfect for a group of friends Host is very helpful
