The hire car company used by the hotel were not v helpful or friendly.

The rooms were cool and comfortable and felt private even on a large block. Having two pools was great and the onsite bar/ diner was wonderful and alll staff were polite and helpful

Cleaning services is every third day of your stay. Should have been every second day, in order to keep the apatrment clean.

Great place for families, the staff is very nice and willing to help. Near the mall and the harbur (20 min. walk). We had perfect apartment for 5 peaple and a perfect vacation.

We loved the pool area, large pools, never crowded! Well kept grounds. Convenient with restaurant, convenient store and Pharmacy. Small gym but adequate and functional, with sauna and showers, including a spa to reserve a massage!

Lack of kids entertainment. For somewhere that is a good distance away from the harbour/beaches, more in house entertainment should be organised. There was only entertainment for 3 out of the 7 days we were there. Also (not the hotels fault), but two of the three swimming pools were out of use. The indoor pool and one of the outdoor pools were both out of action for the duration of our stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, environmentally friendly and the resort itself was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and Savas was brilliant with our two kids

A little bit far away from the center (about 20 minutes walking).

There are three pools in the park, and while we stayed there, two of them were broken, but the third one was amazing, big and clean. We didn't feel it was crowded. The room was wide, clean, and comfortable.

Wow, hard to write something here, but at a push, perhaps more shaded areas for parking, word of caution, if you are allergic or afraid of cats don't go to Cyprus, here is no different to anywhere else, there a re a lot of stray cats roaming, although most are quite friendly.

The staff couldn't do enough for you. There were one or two small issues with the room and they were very dedicated in their quick and efficient way to resolve it. Everyone who works there seems to just want you to have great experience, I would stay there again. We loved the pools, although described as two outside pools on site + little kids pool, actually because of the two tier design of each pool it actually feels more like 4 pools so plenty of space, although a very family friendly accommodation, it was never loud or noisy.

wifi was really bad, wouldn't work and it was disconnecting all the time. the complex is a bit far from the center and the beach. also walls are a bit too thin :D

Nothing, loved the property and our stay!

Loved the location of the property, restaurant attached to the hotel although independent, has great food and drinks! The kiosk nearby made it super convenient for necessities and same with the pharmacy. The property has a great swimming pool (two!) and the room was immensely spacious, everything we could possibly ask for!

People need to be aware that the hotels location means that to walk to the bar areas, the harbour or the old town is a 20-25 min walk or of course a taxi. This didn’t make any difference to us but could of course to some.

The pool areas are excellent. Impeccably clean, friendly lifeguards. & good for swimmers & those not so good. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The rooms and site again very clean .

Had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight so warm and friendly throughout. The night receptionist in particular was incredibly helpful and kind, always with a smile. The cleaners did a great job and were also really pleasant to speak to. The restaurant staff were fantastic attentive, cheerful, and made every meal enjoyable. Overall, the people here are what truly make the hotel stand out. The rooms were super clean, the pool area was lovely and not too busy. Could always get sun loungers any time of day.
