Overall, the studio apartment was rundown and dirty. The bathroom had a mouldy soap fitting; at least remove this if you're not refreshing the soap. The shower doors were grotty, rusty and stuck. There was no lining bag in the bathroom bin when I arrived; that's a sign of lazy cleaning. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The sofa was ... dirty. The kitchen facilities were completely inadequate. No kettle. Such a disgusting old pan, should be ashamed. I can see from a repetition of the same comments for years that none of this will be changed ... because guests come for three days and nobody dies because of a bit of dirt, but many Cyprus facilities are like this. Why bother changing?

Towels were changed every day, an unnecessary ecological extravagance for a three day stay. And the sheets were changed on day two. Some people might like this.

This is my 5th stay at Elysso and it has everything we need to have a good vacation.

There were no cattle, no spoon , no cups and it was uncomfortable, because we wanted to drink coffee. There was no drainage in the bathroom outside tub water flooded the floor. In the photos, the sea is shown but it is very far from the beach, you need to walk about 30 minutes to get to the beach. There were no buses, because of the bus strike and you should have rented a car or walk .

The beds weren't too comfortable and there were some essentials missing from the kitchen (there was only one spoon, no dish soap). We didn't ask for the things though, so it probably would've been provided.

The room was spacious and air-conditioned. There is a functional kitchen with a big fridge. The bed was made, and the towels exchanged for clean ones while we were out . The balcony was great to have. Parking was provided under the hotel in a garage. The staff was kind. Overall, good value for the money.

Little bit away of the center, but on calm and quiet place.

Spacious studio, with long balcony and city view. Nice kitchen with bar plots and comfortable sofa. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. The options for late check-in and late check-out are also very nice in case of late flights.

There wasn’t kettle in the room. There was a gas stove that didn’t work. We didn’t had shampoo in the room, only shower gel.

A few more wall sockets, I bought a multi plug and that solved that. Freezer did leak water onto food in the fridge but very minor fault.

Staff were delightful, the location was quiet and a nice walk to the centre and beach. The supermarket and gym next door was wonderfully convenient. I had an early flight and ordering transport for the early hours was splendid. The apartment itself had everything you need for an apartment and the room service perks of a hotel.

Location near Larnaca Port = a twenty minute walk along busy Makarios Ave. going to beach and town or by the 425 airport bus. Close to Lidl supermarkt and some convenience stores and cafes.

Romantic reception area ! Amazing swimming pool but no direct access for a wheelchair. Studio with balcony quite spacious property. Staff and domestics staff very pleasant. Residential area quiet.

Bus stop to/from the airport (bus number 25) is a 10 mins walk which can seem a lot on hot summer days.

Contrary to a lot of reviews here about this property, my experience was pretty good. For starters, my ‘studio’ was in the building opposite the hotel. The lady at the reception said this was actually good because I could control the temperature in my room. If you are staying in the actual hotel building, it’s a centrally-controlled temp setting (which is weird). Apartment had a balcony, a kitchenette and a fridge. A tv too. And of course, a washroom. Overall, a good stay!

Furniture is dated. Sofa is very dirty with big dark stains. I couldn't sit on it. Dead cocroaches under the bed. Shower door needs changing. Very hard to open and close. No hand soap in the bathroom or dish detergent and sponge in the kitchen. If a kitchen with pots and dishes is offered, dish detergent should also be made available.

Location is good. 30 minute walk to the Promenade and 7 minutes to the bus stop (bus 425 dorect to/from the airport). Big supermarket across the street and several restaurants in the area. Internet is very good and fast. Nice size swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast was included but it wasn't stated in the booking and the staff did not mention it when I checked in. I just saw a sign on the board when I checked out.

Interior and bathroom generally worn down but you get what you pay for. Needed more kitchenware. Was probably stolen but you could only make the bare minimum. Had to buy dish soap, brush etc. Ended up eating dinner at restaurants. No microwave oven. No freezer compartment in fridge.

Good value for money. Spacious. Would prefer this over a hotel or hostel. Good privacy. Rented a bike which I could easily keep in the apartment.

Despite being clean on arrival, I found a cockroach in the room at 9pm one evening. Cockroaches are not unusual in Cyprus but in December, it was a major surprise.

A good central position. The apartment was cheap but so were the interior facilities. Very friendly staff on arrival and on checkout.
