Reviews of Elysso Hotel 2 stars

I needed a layover between two flights cheap, and I got a cheap layover. (Relatively to Larnaca’s other prices, I wouldn’t say 65eur for a night is really cheap.)

Smoking is allowed everywhere. The room smells, the outside corridor had a large ashtray directly at my door. I had to look twice for a cover sheet for the bed. The air conditioning is managed from the reception, so to turn it on/off, you need to call them. The windows open onto the motorway, so you listen to the revving motorcycles all night.

Panaiota at the front desk was very helpful

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean with AC. It's was situated 20 mins to the main beach in Lanarca, easy access to all the amenities. Nice path to go jogging! Absolutely loved it ❤️

Clean, basic well located hotel

Location is rather good. It's closed to the center. There's a accessible transport to/from the airport. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning is very old and noisy but it's better than nothing)) i recommended to use ear plugs. The bed is not so comfortable, but I understand that it's very individual...

The neighbourhood is not the best one. Walking distance from a pop beach but nothing much around. Some mini market and local restaurants.

Very dirty and unclean apartment room, Breakfast was super basic and unexpected for this price of €90 Even cockroaches spotted. Loads of dust in the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs and save your money!

The place only convenient for everything

The place is dirty everything is dark especially in the hallway that place feels like haunted house and the staff wasn’t friendly enough. I was with my mom but she’s not staying for the night but they insisted that i should pay for her too

The location was further away from all the noise of the restaurants, which is exactly what I wanted. The streets can be noisy sometimes, but that is to be expected. Overall good value!

The A/C in my room worked surprisingly well and kept the temperature comfortable, which isn’t always the case in Cyprus.

- The breakfast was quite basic, even by budget hotel standards. I wouldn't rely on it to start your day. - There was no air conditioning in the shared areas, so those spaces could get quite warm

Elysso Hotel was a good choice for a short stay in Larnaca. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is quiet, and it’s easy to reach the city center and the beach by car or taxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.
