The clothing rag outside was very rusty which made it very unhygienic to put clothes on. Also, there were no lights in the building at night and there was a baby crib outside in the stairway for 3 days without any cover which again was very unhygienic!

The property’s location is absolutely very convenient! Also the three bedroom apartment was very spacious, perfectly comfortable for 6 adult persons

There was a strange smell during some hours coming from the bathroom. But nothing too crazy, but still needs to get fixed. Additionally, the property management was not responding during our stay when we had a few requests.

Excellent location next to the beach. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms is really convenient. The apartment has almost all the amenities you may need. Extremely quiet during day and night, which is rare in an area like Protaras

Needs improvements. We have been going here for the last few years but the properties are not well maintained. The air condition in the living room was not working properly, the plugs were not all functional and the fridge part of it was broken. The biggest issue is that the apartments are not very clean. The sofa needs to be changed asap, the chairs and pillows as well, the curtains have not been washed for years. The bathrooms smell so much that some days it was difficult for us to get in the apartment from the strong smell. The pool needs a serious cleaning, not even sure if it’s actually safe for someone to be swimming in it anymore. And lastly, waking up almost every morning to a cockroach in the kitchen, not the best good morning. I think we will try these apartments again in a few years with the hope that they will be improved.

There was a very strange sewerage smell emitting from all three bathrooms, that made it kind of unbearable throughout the stay. Some of the showers in the bathroom need to be re- siliconed as they were leaking water on the bathroom floor.

Amazing spacious apartment, new and clean with comfortable furniture. The view was amazing, complex had a very nice pool and was a short walk to the beach. No problem with parking, staff was very accommodating.

No vacuum.

We’ve had a great stay at Emerald Bay Suites. The apartment is perfectly functional, with a gorgeous view on the sea, surrounded by a beautiful suntanned field planted with a few trees. Our favorite snorkeling beach is just a minute’s walk away. We’ve witnessed a turtle twice just there. The concierge is very discreet, kind and reliable. He proved very helpful when needed. Also, if you’re a foodie, don’t miss the Elia restaurant, at walking distance. I sure hope to be back some day!

We spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus, and everything exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to relax, and the view of the sea from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made spontaneous swims and seaside walks incredibly easy. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside holiday.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely incredible! The view of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We were a family of six and had an amazing, refreshing time together. Jerry was super nice, attentive, and helpful with everything we needed. We truly have only great things to say about our experience! We’re already looking forward to coming back—it can’t happen soon enough!

We asked for extra towels but they didn’t have any available. The hunger outside and the table in the veranda were very rusty. We asked for a replacement of the hunger but they couldn’t provide a new one. The ultimate they had a problem with the water . On the second day we had to find the pressure system and restart to get water in the flat. During check out however there was no water at all so we couldn’t have a bath and some dirty dishes were left in the bin as we did not have any other option!
