The only good thing about this property is the location. Very close 2 minutes walking to Green bay and other beautiful beaches.

The property had 3 bathrooms. One of which was leaking and we couldnt use it. The second bathroom was smelling very bad (disgusting). When we contacted the responsible person for the appartment he told us that they have this issue in the summer and they could not fix it. We paid a lot of money to book that property and is not acceptable to stay in a place where you cannot use 2 of the 3 room bathrooms/toilets and they smell so badly.

The property’s location is absolutely very convenient! Also the three bedroom apartment was very spacious, perfectly comfortable for 6 adult persons

The clothing rag outside was very rusty which made it very unhygienic to put clothes on. Also, there were no lights in the building at night and there was a baby crib outside in the stairway for 3 days without any cover which again was very unhygienic!

Property Manager, Mr. Gerry, was accommodating, polite and always available to assist as needed. He goes the extra mile with everything he has to work with and does the absolute best in his power to ensure the guests' satisfaction.

There is an impossible odour coming from the shower pipes which spread through the whole room, actively and negatively affecting the stay in the room. There is obviously a piping/sewage problem which could be costly to repair but it is repairable. Unless the owner invests in this repair then I predict a lot of customers not returning due to the stench in the rooms.

Excellent location next to the beach. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms is really convenient. The apartment has almost all the amenities you may need. Extremely quiet during day and night, which is rare in an area like Protaras

There was a strange smell during some hours coming from the bathroom. But nothing too crazy, but still needs to get fixed. Additionally, the property management was not responding during our stay when we had a few requests.

The location is top. The manager is helpful.

Needs improvements. We have been going here for the last few years but the properties are not well maintained. The air condition in the living room was not working properly, the plugs were not all functional and the fridge part of it was broken. The biggest issue is that the apartments are not very clean. The sofa needs to be changed asap, the chairs and pillows as well, the curtains have not been washed for years. The bathrooms smell so much that some days it was difficult for us to get in the apartment from the strong smell. The pool needs a serious cleaning, not even sure if it’s actually safe for someone to be swimming in it anymore. And lastly, waking up almost every morning to a cockroach in the kitchen, not the best good morning. I think we will try these apartments again in a few years with the hope that they will be improved.

The location. And the fact that there was a specified parking for each apartment.

1. Common areas were dirty - not properly maintained. Balconies next to our balcony were very very dirty giving a very bad impression 2. No service at all - no personel 3. Nobody was at the reception which was always closed. We asked for toilet papers through message since nobody was there but no toilet papers were given to us. 4. Electrical appliances were not properly connected to the electricity to work. 5. No signal to a number of TV channels (open channels) 6. The bed sheets and towels were in a bad condition/ not of good quality. 7. Only two bath towels provided - no hand and face towel no kitchen towels! 8. No proper furniture in the veranda - only two chairs which were only suitable for kids not adults.

Amazing spacious apartment, new and clean with comfortable furniture. The view was amazing, complex had a very nice pool and was a short walk to the beach. No problem with parking, staff was very accommodating.

There was a very strange sewerage smell emitting from all three bathrooms, that made it kind of unbearable throughout the stay. Some of the showers in the bathroom need to be re- siliconed as they were leaking water on the bathroom floor.

Apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Great AC! Nice games room and clean pool. Great location, very close to Green Bay and Cavo Bay. Host is helpful.

Need two pillows and two towels per person - including a big bath sheet. Change of towels during stay.

Everything was ok

We’ve had a great stay at Emerald Bay Suites. The apartment is perfectly functional, with a gorgeous view on the sea, surrounded by a beautiful suntanned field planted with a few trees. Our favorite snorkeling beach is just a minute’s walk away. We’ve witnessed a turtle twice just there. The concierge is very discreet, kind and reliable. He proved very helpful when needed. Also, if you’re a foodie, don’t miss the Elia restaurant, at walking distance. I sure hope to be back some day!
