Fantastic location right in the centre of the Protaras strip and a short stroll to Figtree beach. Nice pool area and amazing view from the room.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like however, to encourage cleanliness of the apartments, I would recommend providing more cleaning products as we had to buy our own.

Absolutely the best location. Good facilities within the apartment.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Tolerable for a few days

Apartment excellent, facilities including large pool excellent, location excellent. Apartment had sea and pool view, located perfectly near all facilities, restaurants etc. Pool a few steps away, beach just a few more and less than 3 minutes walk to the ‘strip’

First 5 days had pool near enough to ourselves. Afterwards a couple of families arrived which was fine until they started reserving their sun beds with their towels when so few people were using the pool

We couldn’t use the balcony. It was very loud from all the airconditions

Excellent location, walking distance to all the restaurants, 2 bathrooms was excellent. Staff were quick to respond to our requests

Very noisy due to traffic at night, at no fault of the apartments, checking is was extremely hard and the property was hard to enter due to a gate system and all the information given to us was incorrect. When we left we also had trouble getting out as they had moved the locked box with the gate remote without notification.

Location was amazing. Easy access to everything you need. Lovely pool. Next to beach. Views were perfect. Apartment was fine, there are negatives but I would book again. Plenty of parking available

Mess up over access cards meaning we had to share with other residents. This impeded on our stay as couldn't return to apartment from beach unless took a long walk around. No plug for bath. Washing machine only holds loads of 1.5-3 kg without a decent wash cycle. Some issues with hot water, being only lukewarm at times. Beds weren't great.

The apartment is very close to the beach (Fig Tree Bay) and also close to the busy tourist area full of bars and restaurants, which was very nice and convenient and luckily we could not hear the crowd from the apartment. Stunning view from lounge/living room over the sea. Our host prepared some welcome drinks in the fridge, along with tea, coffee, sugar and jam, which was very nice. We were a bit difficult guests but it was handled very nice and smooth. Originally we booked for 3 people, but ended up being 5 of us. They easily accommodated us, put an extra bed in and provided the extra towels and bedding, which we are very grateful for.

There is a 24/7 snack bar right next to the apartment and it tended to be noisy/busy during the night. On one occasion, some youngsters sneaked in through the open gate and had fun in the pool, extremely loud, not very nice and chucked quite a few of the garden furniture in the pool as well. Although, bear in mind that none of the negatives above are the hosts' fault. As mentioned, view was absolutely stunning, huge windows, but really could do a good clean :), since the dirt ruined it a little, if honest.
