The property was clean with an excellent pool and was very close to the local shops, bars and the beach. The pool area had lots of sunbeds and was very well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with all that is needed and the bedrooms were a decent size and two with bathroom en-suites. Tina was our contact during our stay and the level of service provided was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we asked or needed Tina was on hand. The cleaning and maintenance staff were also great! We could not fault the service and we will always remember how friendly and helpful Tina was throughout our stay! Thanks a mill Tina!

Our family been to cypress 10 times in the last 6 years. this villa is the most fabulous and amazing place to stay. The maintenance of the villa is amazing because they use the service of the hotel next to it . the pool was very very clean the the villa was also very very clean everything was new and all was working perfect. This was our best time in Cyprus ever.

The villa is in a great position very near fig tree beach and two minutes from the strip. Close to the action but far enough away to avoid any noise. The villa is very clean , we were given an extra linen and towel service during the first week , but we declined the service for the rest of our stay as it was not needed. Once a week is more than enough. The pool was cleaned and maintained at least three to four times a week and the sunbeds were incredibly comfortable. We were in the villa adjacent to the hotel, but we did try the breakfast there. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the food was of superior quality and plenty of it. The choices for both cooked and continental foodstuffs were substantial. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We feel these items should be available to make it a better experience in The villa There should have been plastic plates, bowls, tumblers , glasses for around the pool. there should have been safety notices , depth markers and a life belt around the pool. Safe key really should not be on the same set of keys as the door key .

It’s super modern, clean with great facilities and in a fantastic location only 5mins from the beach and 3mins from the bars and restaurants but without any of the noise from them. It’s owned by the hotel nextdoor so someone comes to check on the pool each morning and we were there offered a mini clean and change of linens part way through the week (we didn’t need but nice to have been offered). Tina was friendly and helpful, she left us coffee, tea, a bottle of Cyprus wine and a huge bowl of fruits.

Definitely needs hooks in the bathrooms for towels and none of the bathroom doors locked. Only minor points hence the 9 for the overall score.

Fantastic location, the villa is immaculate and the onsite hotel staff could not be more helpful. A car really is not required as everything is on your doorstep. Pool area is exceptional and has the comfiest sun loungers we have ever experienced.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect, but if I had to be really picky my only criticism would be reversing off the drive in a large car was a little awkward, as the hotel barrier was too close. But once you did it a couple of times it was fine.

We loved the quiet location which was still walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants. The facilities were clean and comfortable and we especially loved the pool. The host was helpful and the access to the hotel next door was also useful.

It was an amazing place and didn't need improving. (Although a personal free masseuse and a butler to bring cocktails from the hotel next door would have topped it off. ) ;)

Good location, big house with all the amenities provided, comfortable, big swimming pool and sun beds for everyone. Complimentary fruit basket on arrival and wine bottle. Lovely staff

Me and 6 of my girl friends stayed for 5 days for a birthday getaway. The staff where very helpful and accommodating! Nothing was too much for them and we felt very looked after. The villa we rented was gorgeous and immaculate. Fantastic location, a short stroll from beautiful fig tree bay and all the shops. 100% recommend, and would love to come back in the future!

Everything was great! Very clean, very good facilities, close to the beach and with supermarkets nearby! Hope to come back!

Superb location Great bedroom sizes 4 toilets (x2 en-suite shower rooms, 1 main bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet) Large pool

Location: Excellent, Approx. 3 minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants, 5 Minutes to Fig tree bay. 6 minutes to LIDL and a 3 minute walk to the nearest mini mart. The villa is situated next door to Lantiana Gardens hotel (no problems with noise despite being so close) , which we used regularly for lunch/evening buffet. Price and quality was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly, certainly a bonus. Villa Facilities: Fantastic swimming pool with colour changing lights and jacuzzi jets, the floating bean bags were a great addition. The pool itself was cleaned/checked daily. Inside the villa, it was spotlessly clean (cleaned thorughly twice during our 2 week stay). Fast wifi/internet which covered the entire villa and outside area. The living room had comfortable chairs and sofa, the Samsung TV was a good size and was ideal for watching films on an evening. Beds were very comfortable (with ample storage in each room). The showers were a highlight, they were clean, powerful and had a waterfall head. Kitchen area had plenty of space for prep and had excellent appliances. Host: Pavlos was an excellent host, always helpful and quick to respond

One very minor thing worth mentioning, we were only a family of three so we had plenty of room, however the villa can sleep up to 8 and the living area would only be able to accomodate approximately 5. An additional TV in one of the bedrooms would be a bonus.

The property was in an excellent position of the main strip of protarus

The only problem we had was a few nights we had to go out and the bi fold doors to the pool were not locked The maintenance man did come out once but it occurred again a few nights later

the Villa was incredible! Pavlos was very responsive with any questions I had prior to arrival and the hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ve recommended the Villa to so many people already and will be returning again soon! the Villa was fully equipped and very large, the finish was high end and it was spotless. there was also a very cute welcome fruit basket and wine to welcome us which was a lovely touch! thank you so much again for having us and see you again soon

This is our second time in the villa brilliant location close to strip and beach

Could do with more seating in living area and a new iron but everything else is brilliant Mr pavlos is very attentive

Pavlos was a great host. There was a little welcome basket of fruit waiting for us along with some Cypriot wine. We had arranged for the pool to be heated which was amazing as the weather in Cyprus was still relatively cool and we had a couple of days where it was windy and cloudy but still managed pool time as the water was warm. The decor of the villa is modern and had all the facilities you need on a day to day basis. The rooms were all of a good size with 2 that shared the main shower room and 2 with en-suites. The villa’s location was very convenient with one Lidl close by and quite a few Supermarket Best Buys nearby too. Fig Tree Bay was straight down the road and the children loved playing in the golden sands and turquoise waters.

There was some finishing touches that needed to be done at the villa and there was a lack of hooks for small handbag and coats etc but honestly those are just tiny things that can be sorted out easily and not a big issue at all.

Pavlos treated us to breakfast the day after we arrived at the hotel opposite which was really kind and thoughtful of him. He even went out of his way to get in basic food for us upon arrival along with complementary fruit. We had an issue with the shower window and he addressed this immediately and accompanied the handyman to ensure the issue was resolved. The location was perfect with Lidl around the corner and the beach, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would advise hiring a car so you can take in all the sights. A visit to Paphos is recommended along the coast. Aiya Napa is only about 20 minutes drive away with loads to do. We would definitely return and stay at the same villa again it was perfect & truly amazing. Exceeded our expectations - Thank you Pavlos for your hospitality and kindness!

We loved everything about this beautiful villa it was a family holiday perfect location clean owner went above and beyond to meet our needs very close to fig tree beach the main strip and lidl just round corner 5 mins walk everything you need in villa washer bonus. Hotel staff amazing marieta really helpful and pleasant hotel across from villa is where u check in we will definitely return 😎

Nothing negative really I would suggest hooks on doors also the stairs could do with a handrail if elderly where staying just my opinion
