Location was perfect. On the strip. Beach 5 minutes walk. All amenities nearby. Property had everything required for self catering. Owner was super helpful. If you required anything, he was easily accessible.

It’s not that I didn’t like something, but I think some things could be improved. The bed linens and towels were clean, but quite old. I would have preferred fresh, white, immaculate bed sheets with a pleasant scent – the kind that instantly makes you want to jump into bed.

I really appreciated the host, who was very kind and welcoming. The location was excellent – close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. The beach was about 500 m away, but the walk was enjoyable, and we could even see the sea from the room. The two-room apartment was spacious and perfect for us.

We spent a couple of days at FIG TREE GIANNIS with a group of friends and we all LOVED it. Our host Yiannis was very nice and helpful, the communication with him was smooth and he gave us some nice suggestions regarding places to visit. The apartment itself absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was fully equipped with stuff we needed, it was clean and really close to nice beaches/bars/restaurants/grocery shops/bus stops etc. In a nutshell/overall experience: fanstastic!

You have to be prepared to walk the stairs. You have to be prepared that you stay in the city center so there is music and noise until midnight. If you love films, there is summer film festival in July/August and you can watch the films directly from your balcony (in Apt.no 1). But if you would like to have calm and silent night, you ought to prefer some othe location.

We know the place Protaras well. This apartment is definitely very well located because you can reach beautiful beach in 5 minutes walk. We stayed 18 nights and would love to stay more. The apartment is well suited for families with children, as you have large large terrace where children can play morning and evening. Also eating out on the balcony is super. The apartment is minimalist but superfunctional as to the furniture, so you can feel very easy and lightened during your stay. It is self-care apartment so you can easily swipe the floor and feel clean. There is washing mashine in the kitchen, which is not usual in apartments, so you can really travel with small luggage, even with kids. There were some toys to play in the sand for children.

The shower drain was clogged and the view from the balcony is not amazing, but in general it was all very well.

The host was great, and the location was incredible - right in the center, close to the beach, very close to the bus stop. The space is quite big, there is a nice balcony, the kitchen was fully functional, the wifi was good, and the air conditioning worked well.

There was a smoke coming from the local bar/restaurant so at night we had to close the balcony, but it doesn’t have anything to do with the owner, it’s local problem. Also, beds are a little bit uncomfortable. But other than that everything was okay.

The location was great, very near to the beach and in the center of Protaras. A lot of restaurants and bars near, local shops and markets. You can take clean towels from a lady in the shop next to the apartment when you need new ones. The host is very kind and friendly, always answering all my questions. Once again thank you for your hospitality Yiannis.
