Our stay at Great Kings Resort for a family of 5 was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly welcomed—the staff are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Sally, the lady at reception was amazing with her assistance and cordial approach to any queries we had. The comms in getting to the property late at night was informative and helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and even a washing machine. The décor felt fresh and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy our early meals overlooking the pool and eastern sunrise. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort itself is stunning—well maintained grounds, a large sparkling pool with plenty of sunbeds, and even a smaller pool for kids. There’s a tennis court which has seen better days but remains open for use, BBQ area, and secure parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was so thoughtfully designed for families, couples, or anyone wanting both relaxation and fun. Location-wise, it’s good if you're comfortable driving and know Paralimni. Peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes’ drive to gorgeous beaches, local restaurants, supermarkets, and the lively town of Protaras. Having a car is essential, but it’s also easy to get around on foot for local bakeries and sweet shops. What impressed us most was the overall value—you get first-class facilities, space, and comfort at a fantastic price. Every detail has been considered, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Cyprus, Great Kings Resort should be at the very top of your list. We can’t wait to come back!

The beds were super old and should be replaced with a new one as well as the pillows. The safe doesn’t work.There also should be extra towels in the room.

Pool only opens from 9:00 onwards whereas it could perhaps open from 7:00 only for adults who like to work out early morning.

This flat had everything we needed for our holidays and it was clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy. The pool entrance is secured and only accessible to the residents with a key. There are cameras monitoring the area. It is maintained daily and in excellent condition. Overall we had a nice and relaxing holidays and we will be happy to return for more!

The double mattress was quite uncomfortable to sleep in and the pillows provided were also uncomfortable.

We liked the location as it was about 20 minutes drive each way to near by activities. We liked the utilities and appliances provided in the property that allowed us to cook and clean along the way. The parking spot and lift was very helpful for us. The amenities were a bonus that gave us an option to enjoy the pool and gaming area. The balcony was a great spot to eat and relax in the evening too.

Everything was perfect!

An absolutely wonderful complex, close to bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches! It has a lovely pool and even a spacious area with table-tennis, billiards, a children's corner with toys, TV and seating area for sports etc. The owner and Sally are so welcoming, professional and nothing is too much trouble. Sally thank you so much for your kindness, time and effort to ensure that everything was perfect and perfect it was!!!! Thank you!!! The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and there is everything that one will need to enjoy an unforgettable and special holiday! This was our 2nd time here and will definitely be back! We highly recommend it!

When I arrived, I had two problems. The TV looked blue because it was defective. I notified the owner, he said he'd fix it. Until I left, no one came. It don't even connect to the internet so I can put cartoins to my children. The blue light was very tiring for the eyes. And the AC in the living room was draining water from the condensation into the room. The team came twice and cleaned it, but the problem was not fixed. We stayed with the mop bucket under AC to flow water into it so we wouldn't make a puddle in the house. They did not show professionalism with those two facts.

Large, well-organized apartment complex, the apartment was spacious, modern and minimalist furnished, linen and clean towels. I liked that the parking space was reserved for the apartment and was covered and the car was in the shade because it was practically below the apartment, on level 0. Much quiet, large and clean pool.

Good value for money. Has everything you need. There is smaller swimming pool in addition to the main one, especially great when travelling with little children. Ability to put the car in the shade was great bonus!

No wifi in the property. A wifi code was given to us which was the code for the pool wifi but no signal in the property itself.We complained about it and they gave us a password for a network that didn't exist and tried to blame it on us lol - so no wifi in the flat. This wasn't a huge problem as we didn't spend much time at home anyway but if wifi is important to you then bear this in mind. The pool access fob expired(for security reasons presumably) and the staff weren't bothered to give us a new fob and we had no access on the Saturday - not the best service

The flat we had was clean, spacious and well equipped. It felt like home. Protaras, Pernera and Agia Napa are all 10-20 min drive. Plenty of parking around all beaches. Would definitely go again

the only lets say disadvantage was the late check in... we had to check in after 16.00 compare to others that would allowed from 12.00, its a bit difficult and kind of losing the day to check it late...i believe its something it can be fixed.

everything were perfect the apartment was very clean and full of everything that a household would need we were lucky to have an apartment with pool view and it was easy accessible and not very deep for the kids. the perfect moment was when all kids from different apartments and different countries were playing in the pool without even understanding each other...communicate only with the playing language ...i remember my own childhood that i was playing all day with other kids ... the staff was pleasant and willing to help you at any time definitely would visit it again next year

The one bed was really squeaky. Recommended to have a car cause the beaches need a drive, they give you your own parking spot which is really nice.

Fantastic swimming pool, had a shower in the pool area.Value for money was good. Everything you need in the kitchen.Tennis equipment and the courts were free, which was really nice.Overall amazing apartments except for 1 bed.
