How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I liked everything there is nothing that i didnt like everything was AMAZING
The hospitality was great and it was super clean and it had everything you needed the decoration was so cute and the bed were so comfy, its also friendly for the little ones and i highly recomend it if you want a place to rest.

Nothing. It was all we needed for our short stay.
Maria and Nikolas are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just what we needed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace, perfect for chilling in the evening. Located less than 5min walk away from the beach and 10min from the city center by car (10-12€ for a taxi).

The door is a bit thin, and you can hear people going up the stairs. But nothing disturbed me during the nights

I highly recommend green bay suites! Apartments are comfortable and clean, the area is just a few steps from the beaches and it's a quiet one which is nice. I enjoyed meeting hosts who are really friendly and very understanding people

My stay at Green Bay Suites was exceptional. From the very beginning of our conversation, Nikolas was incredibly supportive, understanding, and accommodating. The premises are in a prime location, offering easy access to everywhere. The self-catering facilities were fully equipped, making the stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated place to stay.

There was no microwave. The large armchair could be replaced by a smaller one that would fit in the space of the studio better.
Large terrace with a view of the sea (a bit in the distance); privacy. The owner is very nice and helpful - he gave us all we needed.

The position of the bed (accessible only from one side) and lack of a shelf in the bathroom
The location is fantastic for whom wants a quite stay and enjoy the sea. There are 5 different fantastic beaches less than 500 meters from the property. Nearby there are car rentals, 2 supermarkets and a couple of restaurants with very good food. Far from the noise, very relaxing place.

Nicholas and Maria are warm, kind, and hospitable. They are super helpful people and you can feel comfortable that they will help with whatever it is that you need. They were so kind to let me borrow a bicycle to explore the area and they have the best tips on restaurants to go to in the area. Whenever I had a question, I was able to text Nicholas and he would reply with helpful information. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Thank you to the both of you!

This is an excellent accommodation, very close to the beach - we could see the sun rise every morning from our windows. We had a two room apartment on the second floor and they both had access to a big balcony where we enjoyed having breakfast and staying out in the evening. We also had a rack to let our towels and bathing suits dry, which was very helpful. It was clean and cozy. Looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine and water heater for tea, plates, glasses, fridge, sandwich maker, etc. The shower cabin was big enough, good water pressure and good drainage. If we ever visit Cyprus again, we will surely book the same accommodation.

Shower needs an anti slip mat and hand soap needs to be provided.

There isn't anything that we didn't like.
We really liked everything about the apartment. The location was perfect, very close to the beautiful Green Bay beach and within walking distance from other pretty beaches such as Fig Tree, Konnos, and Turtle Bay. The apartment is very close to the bus stops, and the buses are very frequent. The apartment itself was clean, we had a nice view, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for providing us with additional adapters, since we brought only one with us. The hosts were very nice, and accommodating, gave us tips on what to visit and we hope we will be back at some point soon! We also got a free room cleaning since we were staying longer.

Location was great. Lovely view of the blue sea from our balcony. We stayed in the penthouse. Nikolas and Maria are friendly and helpful. On request they accomodated us by letting us stay later than check out time as we had an early evening flight. That was much appreciated.
