For the price paid it’s unfair to complain about anything so this really is just nitpicking. If the walk to the beaches was a few minutes less that would have been appreciated on the hotter days, but with four or five nice beaches and a water sports centre all within 15 minutes walking distance, it’s still in a great spot.

The villa was in good condition, and really clean too. The pool area is a good size and there are a few different beaches each within walking distance from the villa, too. It’s not too far to walk to a supermarket and a delicious little bakery.

Some tiles round the pool were broken which we reported on the first day as they were dangerous. Also a midweek bed & towel change would have been appreciated.

The villa was spacious with all ensuites to suite 3 couples. The main bus route is a 30 second walk away and buses are regular for both protaras and napa. The pool was big enough for 6 adults to have fun. Beds were firm and comfortable with AC throughout.

Could have done with essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt pepper etc. however not an issue as shop at the end of the street. Not enough coat hangers

The property had everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday spacious rooms with great air conditioning also the pool was ideal with plenty of sun loungers all around and plenty of lighting all around the outside to make sitting out at night perfect !

I was sceptical when I booked, but the communication from the start from La Mer villas was exceptional. The villa is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, and a downstairs shower room. The pool is amazing. Couldn't fault anything and will definitely be booking again! Great location, 1.5miles from the main strip and plenty of beaches to choose from!

It would have been nice to have had a few more staples provided - charcoal / beach towels / dishwasher tablets / salt and pepper. And we needed to buy some more loo roll!

There was nothing we didn’t like it was fabulous!

The villa was fantastic! so very spacious and clean and very well equipped. It is very obvious that the properties, pools and gardens are well maintained to make the guests stays as enjoyable as possible. The beach coves near by were wonderful and having a shop and bus stop just around the corner is a bonus. The price of the villa is good compared to a hotel and the freedom the villa gives you in comparison makes the holiday more enjoyable.

The owners left us only 2 tablets for the dishing washer and 2 pieces of garbage sacks. There is only one clothes dryer for all the guests, which is in a very bad shape. The hot water is not at discretion, after two days, someone from the agency was passing by and showed us a magic button that provided hot water.

As one of our party is a teacher, we opted to go in Oct half term (so late Oct). Whilst the weather is still good (highs of 30 degrees) the pool was freezing! It was hard to spend any time in there at all. If there was an option to somehow heat the pool or for it to be initially filled with heated water we would certainly pay extra for that! Not sure this is possible though. The space around the pool is adequate but just a little tight - there are two bushes near where the sunchairs are and I would recommend cutting these back to be narrower so there is more room to put the back of your sunbed down in this area. Finally, extremely minor, but there are coffee makers available but no pods on arrival to enable you to use these, although a token number of normal coffee sachets were provided - so perhaps a couple of pods could be added to your welcome basket.

Love the location - quieter but pretty area of Protaras with lovely bays to walk to and a short drive to the beautiful Konnos Bay and the Cliff Bar. Ensuites in every room and a downstairs bathroom with shower so comfortable and easy to get washed and ready after a day at the beach. Great open plan living space, large outdoor table and BBQ, ample kitchen facilities. Great host, responsive and polite. We have visited these villas 3 times now and find them to be pretty perfect for what we need! The neighbouring villas always seem relatively quiet, and we have never had an issue with excessive noise. There are a few little corner shops for any food/suncream/lilos and anything else you may need. If you have a car, there is a lidl a 5/7 minute drive away. Finally, if the weather isnt great or you want to spend time indoors, the TV channels provided are excellent - they have sports, movies, and options for US, UK and other TV channels.

Some of the outdoor furniture was outdated and needed repairing but did not affect the Villa.

A very spacious and clean villa, with a great pool and comfy loungers. The villa has 4 bathrooms, close to amenities and a great beach. With a car it was very close to the main area of Protoras and Fig Tree Bay. It’s a 15min drive to Ayia Napa.

just one negative regarding an uncomfortable mattress. the rental company did replace it but when they inspected they said it felt fine. we had to insist it was not fine as my poor sister in law had the worst night sleep! otherwise they were great and very responsive.

We thought we were closer to things but you definitely need a car for however long you are staying the pool was cleaned but after that was always really noisey after the tv didnt always work well we went in April so it was quite cold and the heating didnt work in the twin room the mirror needs to be higher as you can't really get a chair under

First, need to pay an extra for any basics, as a toilet paper or towels. There is no Wi-Fi upstairs on downstairs. And there was a huge issue with the electricity, a total power shutdown about 3 times during the last 2 days of our visit, without us using any devices, had to pack our luggage in the dark. Got a tiny apology from the staff, like it is a totally normal thing.

The Villa itself is very comfortable for a family vacation.
