Not clean, old disgusting towels, no water pressure, no shower gel, walls needed painting, doors old and painting peeling of off them

Superb location. Especially for young families, couples or solo travellers. Easily connected via buses to other parts of Cyprus and in 1 minute, you are at the beach with hundreds of dining options. Will 100% be returning and have passed to family living in Cyprus for their family and friends. Thanks so much George! Also for your recommendation lists! See you later this year / or next!

The apartment is very close to Finikoudes beach (max 3 minutes walk). Airport is 15 minutes by taxi, and the airport shuttle bus stops close to it as well. The room is well equipped and all of the stuff was in a good condition. Hair-dryer, iron, fresh towels, dish soap, new sponge, water heater etc The owner (Marios) was very friendly and helpful. He suggested various local restaurants which were cheaper than the ones on the beach. 👍 The self check-in and check out was very convenient. I recommend this apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Harmony Studios! It was small, but cozy and comfortable, it had everything needed for everyday life and cooking essentials. It is super close to the nice city beach, which is great especially for working nomads (quick bath in the sea i n the morning is a perfect way to start a day). Also important - the internet connection is quite fast, very good for working. We enjoyed sitting at the balcony during our meals too. The location is very central, but there are cheap parking lots very nearby. The owner is super nice, helpful, and responsive, he let us stay a bit longer, when he found out that our flight is late in the afternoon, it was easy to meet up and get the keys. Super pleasent expirience, We would really reccomend Harmony Studios!

Even though we really enjoyed our stay I have to admit it could be cleaner. We could see that some places weren't cleaned for quite a while. Also the location is unfortunately quite noisy, especially because of the bars nearby. With the closed windows it was ok to sleep tough. We were traveling of season, but I can imagine it being problematic during a busier time of the year

Location was great, very central yet quite most of the time. Close to bus station, food markets and cafe-restaurants. George was kind and helpful. The apartment was small but quite functional for a short vacation. The balcony was a nice add-on, with it's afternoon refreshing breeze

The kitchen is equipped but would benefit from some update. The shower water supply as well.

Location was awesome, George not only handed the keys in time and nearby to the place, but also recommended places to eat, to visit, beaches nearby and gave lots of information. The aparment is very well equipped, located a block away from the beach and main stores. It is perfect for a couple

The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient here is that there are not many places around for parking a car, due to the location. However, this can be solved by leaving the car on a parking lot some blocks away, so no big deal.

When I'm booking I always choose property based on 3 criteriums: safety, location and cleanliness. In these terms studio met all of my expectations.

Two things could have been better. Although there was a plenty of hot water, we had some little difficulties of setting up a warm stream in the shower, but it was relatively functional. Other thing is fault of Booking.com - namely, when I booked this studio, Booking.com offered me a free taxi ride from airport in Larnaka to the property and sent me a general confirmation without details. Because I travel more than an average person I always make comprehensive itinerary. Couple of weeks before Cyprus, I visited also Southern Russia, Georgia and Armenia. For all that time I haven't received a detailed confirmation who and when will wait for me. When I was Yerevan, I sent message to Booking.com to check what is happenning and provided them in a reply, all the details needed to retrieve the information, after which they ignored my question. As a frequent traveller I'm capable of using many taxi apps, and this wouldn't be any problem for me - but please, if you offer any service - don't make a promise if you can't keep it.

The place looks like in the pictures, nice, clean and cozy, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and wifi had a good speed for working.

The location is central but in a quiet street. The hosts are very friendly and even sent some recommendations. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would come here again!

The only thing I didn't like is that the door is a little hard to unlock but other than that everything was great.

The location was perfect.

The noise was the worst thing at nights. Sleeping was very difficould The room was smaller than assumed. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not comfortable.

Location - the apartment is in the city center and on the beach. Less than a 1 minute is needed and you are on the Finikoudes beach. Everything is at your hand (restourants, bars, shops, bus stop,…) Apartment - perfect small flat equiped with everyting you need (hairdryer, iron, dishes, tv with local channels). Internet is very fast. Also, apartment is equipped with EU and non-EU plugs for devices. Host - very communicative, friendly, always available if you need help and informations. We got recommendations for sightseeing, eating etc.

At the weekend nights it is a little bit noisy but this is ok since the aparment is in the city center and near main bars. The shower cabin did not have one sliding door, so it could not be closed completely. The water pressure is weak (perhaps it is common in the city).
