Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nothing! We had a wedding nearby so we booked a room there. Upon arrival around 3.00 in the morning we discovered it was a disaster. It was full of cork-roaches dirty. The Ac in the bedroom wasn’t working etc, so we left and drove back to nicosia

CyprusAir conditions had a timer and every 20 minutes we had to push it to start again. Sleep was a nightmare since we had to wake up every 20 minutes. The same during the day. Heat is very high this season and air conditioning is essential. Roller blind in master bedroom was closing only at 75%. Morning light was in our eyes from 6.00a.m. TV in master bedroom was only for demonstration. Wasn't showing any channels or connecting with phone by smart view.

CyprusIt should have some more amenities (shampoo, shower gel, more toilet paper etc). The location in the booking.com is wrong. The apartment is close to METRO supermarket.
Value for money apartment, the swimming pool is next to the apartment door.

The mattresses and pillows need change The double bucks mattresses and pillows were dirty The sheets were dirty,and no face towels The floor was dirty.we had our shower and to walk to the room our feet were dusty In the main room need a bedside lamp because when you switch off light you can't see to go to your bed,also needs a small mirror,so if the bathroom is busy a lady put on her make up The bathroom needs a mat when you step out of the bath Is better to charge 10 or 20 Euros.extra so you have the apartment clean Thank you

FranceThe property was not clean. Upon arrival, insects were found in both the bed and living rooms. The drawers were not that clean also. There was a problem in the electric heater, where it caused a shortcut. Only hot water from the solarheater is available. The staff came and tried to help by cleaning the insects and putting some repellent but nothing much to improve after all. The apartment is a bit moldy and it’s stuffy inside, not good for breathing.
No added value in the property itself.
