Now, regarding your comment about a "lack of bathrooms"—we’re honestly a bit confused, since the property has 4 fully equipped bathrooms. We’d love to understand what exactly you felt was missing. As for the "lack of adequate sun protection"—if you're referring to morning sunlight, we do have plenty of shade and roller blinds in some rooms in most common and private areas, so again, we’re not sure what additional protection was expected. We’re always open to constructive suggestions, but in this case, it’s a bit tricky to evaluate what exactly you think needed improvement. Still, thank you for choosing us, and safe travels ahead!

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests: each dormitory is shared by the number of people stated at booking – exactly what you booked. We do not add extra people. Bathrooms are indeed shared, and during peak season there may be short waits, similar to busy restaurants. Regarding “no coverage,” we’re not sure what you meant – our WiFi works well in all common areas and rooms. As for the size, the dorms and bathrooms are clearly described and shown in photos, and priced accordingly to be one of the most affordable stays in the area.

It is difficult to understand how a full 1/10 rating can be justified when you didn’t actually stay or experience our facilities properly. Regarding your comment about lockers — we have never advertised lockers in our listing. It is the guest’s responsibility to review the amenities and property description before booking. It seems you were upset with your own expectations, and instead of contacting us or asking for help, you chose to damage our reputation publicly. We strive to be transparent and honest in everything we provide. Our spaces are clean, functional, and as described. We were genuinely surprised to see your review, especially with a score like 3/10. Let’s break it down: lockers were never advertised — though we’re already working on adding them soon. As for outlets near the beds, that’s also being upgraded as part of our improvements. Now, regarding the cold water and clogged shower — no one reported this to us during your stay. We’re available day and night, and our contact details are clearly displayed for any issue. If you don’t give us the opportunity to assist, we simply can’t offer the level of service we’re here to provide. And calling the bathroom “tiny” is honestly a bit unfair — it’s a shared hostel space, sized exactly as described, and in line with other similar accommodations. We’re always open to real, helpful feedback — but low ratings without communication don’t reflect the effort we put in daily for our guests.
