I didn't really realize that it was a shared apartment but it didn't matter, I stayed for a few hours. The host was great and very helpful so nothing to be afraid of.

It was a last-minute decision and it was ok for the few hours I needed to rest.

It was not immediately clear at the time of booking that this concerned a private room (with en-suite bathroom) in a shared apartment. The bathroom was tiny. The water heating system (typical of Cyprus) remains an inconvenience.

Nicely renovated flat, conveniently located near the centre of Nicosia. Communications with the owner were smooth and timely. Self check-in was easy.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. The facilities are well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. George was very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay and always available for any questions.

In my bathroom the sewer system had a bad smell that persisted all the time. Maybe was because of the building or the city, anyway was not a pleasure to go to bathroom, although it was clean. Also, the kitchen has too many rules for its own good ;)

The apartment is very well equipped and the facilities are apparently new. Seems that the owner spent a lot of money for that apartment and maybe that is why the rate is so expensive :) But keep in mind that you, as a guest, have private access only to your room and the bathroom, the rest of the apartment is shared with other guest, so the general atmosphere is a little strange. Like everybody is tiptoeing :) That is not very comfy but for one night was OK. The location is in walking distance to the city center.

The building is not numbered so you have to go by building numbers either side. Entrance is at back and a little bit shabby, no security outer door. However, once your inside the flat - it is lovely!

Hotel prices have jumped in Cyprus, so this was a good option. Flat is within walking distance of Old City, there are good public transport options nearby, ie intercity buses on Makarios street bus stop and local buses from Kennedy and other nearby bus stops. George is a good host. Two good supermarkets nearby, lots of food and restaurant options nearby.

Even though the kitchen had many extras, for example a Nespresso machine, we couldn't use it since there wasn't any coffee, I asked the host for coffee in the morning, he was very quick to send nescafe. For anyone who appreciates coffee, it was a joke. I also put my milk in the fridge, and found it almost finished when I woke up 😁. The real issue was the cold, we got there from a hike in the rain, as we checked in we immediately turned on the AC to 30 and the water heater on. I also messaged the host that as me and my sister are not a couple and we prefer different sleeping temperatures, we need and extra blanket. He told us there weren't any blankets and the one thin one which was on the bed should be enough even without heating. It was not, the water got hot but the water heater turned off on its own so we couldn't have hot water for long. The floor was extremely cold and there were no rugs or slippers. The AC did not manage to warm up the room the whole night and it was still uncomfortably cold in the morning. Last there were many rules for the property, so I spent a good amount of my time on vacation washing drying and putting away dishes, since the rules said so. There was a dryer, but we could only use it if we were staying more than 3 nights.

The kitchen is very large and has many gadgets. The place is new and clean.

Is just a flat and you have a key to lock your room The neighbours are sitting downstairs barefoot and look at you like they gonna fight you. Mostly immigrants!

The private bedroom was very comfortable and the shared area (kitchen and living room) was also luxuriously fitted out with all the facilities a guest could possibly want. The host, George, was very helpful and sent lots of useful information and directions in advance of my stay. He also responded quickly when I had a question about how to use the television.

This is a very well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area not far from the centre. It appeared to have been recently renovated as everything was new and the furniture and fittings were all of a very high standard - it was obvious that no expense had been spared.

During my recent stay at George's residence, I was fortunate enough to have him as my host. George's exceptional hospitality was apparent from the moment I arrived, and he made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The residence was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities that a traveler could require, even for an extended stay of a week or more. Furthermore, the location of the residence is conveniently situated near the city center, with a plethora of shops and restaurants in close proximity.
