If You want to change your laundry or towels during the stau You have to pay extra. But it's OK, since You can wash it yourself, because there is a washing machine

Very welcoming hosts, very helpfull, the location is close to the Venus beach, Lidl, market ( 15 minutes walk ), there is the bus station near by and lots of restaurants and pubs. The area is quiet, the rooms have balcony and everything you need to make your stay confortable.

The fact that we had 1 shower towel per person and that we need to wash them ourselves to get a new (fresh one). But, for the rest it was great, the host is very nice and informative and the appartment is comfortable.

Everything’s nice.

The property is nice and clean, the garden area is gorgeous too. The location is amazing. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Venus beach, has many shops and is a 20 minute walk from the old town and shopping mall. It is tidy and the pool is nice too. Nicos and the staff are very nice and friendly. So many cute cats too!

Only one tiny minus: we were not able to use Netflix on the smart tv due to some technical problems like upgrading the software needed when in practice you couldn’t upgrade it. We could probably have asked the owner for help, but eventually we just didn’t watch it at all.

My parents room was nowhere near as good. The beds in there room were really uncomfortable, it was a lot smaller and they got a lot of noise from the hotel across the way.

Excellent size apartment, clean and very comfortable with lovely garden area that was really useful. Location was quite and private. Exceeded expectations. Hosts were very helpful.

Very nice comfortable apartment, in a quiet area but central enough to visit Paphos port or old town in minutes..especially if you have a car! The apartment was clean and the shower had nice pressure and warm water. A nice equipped kitchen i could easily prepare breakfast for my baby.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time in Paphos and in this particular apartment. The host Nikos was the perfect host, he was so welcoming and helpful and made our stay so much better. He even arranged for us to check in early which was so kind of him. The room was even better than we expected, it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was big and we had a great view. The complex has an amazing pool with sunbeds and also lots of places to lounge. We often had our coffee and ate at those lounges. Venus Beach is a 10 minute walk and the bus station Tombs of the Kings is also around 10 minutes away. I would say it’s better if you rent a car but we didn’t have one and we still managed everything. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and if we ever return to Paphos this will be our first option!

Kings Holuday Apartments is a sum of hospitality, relaxation and cleanliness! The location is very helping for people who don’t have a car also. When i got here, the owner helped me a lot. Very open hearted and nice person! The facilities are perfect, especially the pool and lounge area!!! Thank you very much for your help and your hospitality! I will come back for sure!!!

It is not the fault of the apartment but there is a loud party or karaoke every night until 23:30 in the nearby hotel, bring earplugs for sleeping 😉

The apartment was very cosy, 15 mins walk from the beach, very nice area and the hosts are the sweetest people 😊 they were always friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing.

Nothing it was perfect

Lovely apartment, Ideally situated Very clean and comfortable great location within short walk of Venus beach, the old town, and lots of bars restaurants ( for the more authentic Cyprus foods I would recommend the old town ) and supermarkets, great hosts Always a smile and available to help without question Pool was adequate although we did prefer the beach If you want a sunbed and umbrella on Venus beach I would recommend you get there earlier in the day as towards the end of the holiday they were at full capacity by 10 am.

Nikos was so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a little problem with the fridge leaking but Nikos was over within minutes to sort it. The pool was lovely! The location is great, just a short walk to Venus beach which is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
