would use more sockets near bed but we managed to charge everything we needed. also the bathroom could have better air circulation or ventilation. the top floor with terrace could use some maintenance.

Although not the fault of the property, we were disturbed by noise from other guests, particularly late at night. No staff are present overnight, so if there are any issues after hours, you are on your own.

The entire house was beautiful, and filled with all sorts of interesting antiques. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. Parking worked, and our late arrival was no issue with the self check-in.

Nice and friendly staff, decent room size and nice AC. Family hotel, the owner was very nice and friendly. We could not finalize the payment due to a problem with the CC Machine and he allowed me to go and pay after check out, which was quite risky for the owner, as I could have left without paying but the good man trusted me and allowed to go. It is 2 min walk from the crossing to the Turkish side.

Parking. I was lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the property as I arrived late at night didn't notice that it was limited to 1 hr. Was lucky not to get a ticket...

This property have a big issue of communication. There isn't any massage prior to arrival. No room number given, not keys box, look number out side the main door given. The owner and staff are in the premises from around 10:00 to 15:00, this is what I noticed, then there's no one the property. There's a telephone number to call; in my case I didn't have a telephone connected. I have to way for a kind person, walking by, to help me. Something so simple and straightforward, to advise guess this simple information to be able to enter the property without molesting anyone. Advise sraff to clean your room, otherwise it won't be cleaned. This is my experience the first time, i was in the property.

Location great, only two blocks from the border. Close to the pedestrian street, bus terminal, restaurants and sightseeing. The cleaning lady's polite and helpful. The room size it's good.

The furniture is outdated, and the towels didn't seem very clean. The shower in the bathroom is impractical, as it is located in the middle of the bathroom and has no glass enclosure, so water goes all over the place.

Very convenient for the centre of the city - customs check crossing point to Turkish side - very straightforward and worth popping between the two. Hotel room all that’s required for a comfortable stay.

Did not get any information prior to arrival, had to call the manager several times for check-in. There is free parking space of the property on the street in front, though sometimes the spots can be occupied by non-customers.

Walking distance to everything important, free parking in the middle of the city. The room looks a bit old, though everything worked fine inside.

However, the only downside was the bed linen and towels. While it was obvious they had been freshly washed, they unfortunately still had some visible stains. It would be great if more attention could be paid to replacing stained items, as it slightly affected the otherwise excellent experience.

The location was excellent — everything was within walking distance. The hotel is situated very close to all the main attractions in Nicosia, including museums, the city center, and even the border crossing. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

Noise. You can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms, but it's nothing that earplugs can't solve :-)

We only spent one night here so it's hard to judge. However, the staff was nice and helpful. The room with the bathroom was clean and there was everything we needed. Another plus is the location, the hotel is located a short distance from the historic center.

Our visit was in winter and it was very cold. Even inside, we just couldn't get warm. A hot water bottle would be useful for these times.

We loved this family run city accommodation with its traditional decor. It was very close to the border. Places to eat and shop were a short walk away. The owner was wonderful and helped to sort our travel challenges. We were really thankful of his help and would happily return here.
