superb location! spacious enough, ac worked, kettle, good hairdryer, nice decoration in the halls, good style of the place

would use more sockets near bed but we managed to charge everything we needed. also the bathroom could have better air circulation or ventilation. the top floor with terrace could use some maintenance.

Everything good

The entire house was beautiful, and filled with all sorts of interesting antiques. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. Parking worked, and our late arrival was no issue with the self check-in.

Although not the fault of the property, we were disturbed by noise from other guests, particularly late at night. No staff are present overnight, so if there are any issues after hours, you are on your own.

Nice ambient and location. Easy and fast access from main bus station. Very near to the border crossing and all old historic buildings.

Only a minor miscommunication, as we were not aware of which apartment is ours to use and we had to call in and ask.

Nice and friendly staff, decent room size and nice AC. Family hotel, the owner was very nice and friendly. We could not finalize the payment due to a problem with the CC Machine and he allowed me to go and pay after check out, which was quite risky for the owner, as I could have left without paying but the good man trusted me and allowed to go. It is 2 min walk from the crossing to the Turkish side.

So authentic and very Cypriot - we have stayed here in 2023 and loved it. I loved being in bed and hearing the local church chiming!…. Such a great location too!

Parking. I was lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the property as I arrived late at night didn't notice that it was limited to 1 hr. Was lucky not to get a ticket...

There were no staff present for the duration of my stay. When I arrived, I could not enter the hotel for over one hour.

Location great, only two blocks from the border. Close to the pedestrian street, bus terminal, restaurants and sightseeing. The cleaning lady's polite and helpful. The room size it's good.

This property have a big issue of communication. There isn't any massage prior to arrival. No room number given, not keys box, look number out side the main door given. The owner and staff are in the premises from around 10:00 to 15:00, this is what I noticed, then there's no one the property. There's a telephone number to call; in my case I didn't have a telephone connected. I have to way for a kind person, walking by, to help me. Something so simple and straightforward, to advise guess this simple information to be able to enter the property without molesting anyone. Advise sraff to clean your room, otherwise it won't be cleaned. This is my experience the first time, i was in the property.

Great location, right next to Ledra Street, very close to the buffer zone, but hidden away enough to be quiet, assessable and homely. For a city break we highly recommend. We also got the room we requested. We stay here a lot and always have a relaxing time. Car parking right outside. You are left to your own devices, which for us works well. Spacious rooms, good water and Wi-Fi! Comfy beds and fun decor throughout the building.

You get what you would expect -it's not a 5 star hotel and you would be a fool to expect the red carpet - our expectations are realistic for the price we pay. The staff are always welcoming and overall, it's a family run accommodation - they do a fine job!
