We were given a non-renovated family room, which was not like the one shown when we booked. Unfortunately, since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t change rooms.

Very central location, easy to get around. The hotel was clean, breakfast had a nice variety, and the swimming pool with activities like aqua gymnastics was really fun and enjoyable.

The hotel is quite old, you have to deposit your room keys when you go outside the hotel which means that you will come back to an extreme hot room and because the rooms are big it will take a while until you will fill the a/c...the water flow in the shower is very low...

The location is very good, the swimming pool is clean and big, the breakfast is OK, the rooms are very big and clean.

Arrived to a lovely Reception area and Beautiful clean room, Electra and all of the hardworking housekeeping team kept all room fresh and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere and community . Katherina at reception professional and always so helpful.. Great poolside options with choice of two large pools. Great buffet breakfast catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. Entertainments coordinator had excellent activities and led them all with so much fun. Pool side staff lovely. Great location. All staff creating a lovely atmosphere. Definitely will return to beautiful Cyprus and the Kissos Hotel.

Location is great as its 5 minutes to the bus station, 10 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel pool area is lovely!

Needs tea and coffee making facilities that be a nice finish to the room .

Cocktails in hotel bar weren't very good

It was my second staying in Kissos hotel. I'm very happy with it. Hotel is older and rather cheap and it has great location (multiple bars, restaurants very close to it, also Tomb of the kings is just 5min away) and the personal is kind.

The breakfast was very mid. The mini fridge in the room could only be used with an additional 5€/day which I find it absolutely absurd, it's the first time I stumble upon something like this.

The location was very convenient, bus stops nearby, near the mall and the center in a walkable distance. Nice pool and the room was nice

No aircon switched on for the rooms so was quite difficult to sleep as temperature in the day was 28 degrees. Quite noisy room as above the bar which was open until midnight PLUS there was some weird noises in the room like water or something which was loud and annoying and didn’t go off until midnight

The hotel should work on the quality of the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were inedible. No dark bread. Unfortunately the coffee was also undrinkable. The rest of the food is at an ordinary level.

Perfect location. The room was as expected, well-kept. The only thing that didn't match was the view from the window - it was different from the photo. The hotel offered interesting activities by the pool with very competent and friendly service.Overall, the hotel quality is consistent with the decent price. Only the hotel needs to work on breakfast.

There are many young people who make noise at night. You can eaisily hear what happens in the next room. It was very hard to sleep because you hear even how people are talking. Also, you should pay for everything such as refrigerator or electric kettle.
