Everything was perfect, especially the host! He provide us with all the necessary information about the city, beaches, restoraunts. Apartment was clean, with perfect view to the beach.

Great location, in the tourist heart of Larnaca. Nice seaview and palm trees. The apartment has all that you need for cooking indoors. Andreas the owner is very nice and helpful. We had a great time in Larnaca.

At the night it tends to be a little noisy because it's facing the main road.

Very close to the beach and you have an excellent sea view! The owner it is a very honest person, I forgot something there and come back after 4 days, before my flight, and he gave it back! If you want a location next to the sea with everything downstairs, that is perfect! Also the private parking it is next to the building and all the time we found there a place!

Location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. everything you need is in the apartment.

The location is simply amazing, facing the beach and the sea, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, extremly close to the bus stop to the airport and walking distance to everything. The flat is very spatious and provides everything you may need, including kitchen tools, fridge, toaster, microwaves. Probably the best place to stay when in Larnaca, I was happy for my choice. The owner very helpfull and available in case of need.

I didn’t like the fact that the bed sheet had 2 huge stains, which I believe would go out when washing, so I may not be sure it was changed before our arrival. And the towels seemed very old, maybe a renew would be nice. But these are minor things compared to the pluses of the property, I would definitely stay there again if ever back to Larnaca.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. 20meters from beach and 0 to 5 mins from shops and 100s of bars and restaurants. Andreas was a very kind host and we loved everyone of our house days. Asia Napa beaches (if not the town) are beautiful and only about 30 mins away. Thoroughly recommend these apartments

Possibly could have done with more glasses

The host is friendly and helpful. The instructions are simple and clear. The room is as the pictures are showing, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, the beach is 2 steps away. The cost of two sunbeds and an umbrella are 7.50 euro for the whole day. Bars, restaurants and little shops are are at your feet, literally outside your door. Last but not least, the view. The view is just breathtaking, words can't do it justice!!!!!

Some parts need updating ie bathroom shower enclosure and toilet.

The position is exeptional. Exellent sea view. Everything is close. The owner was very polite and give us many ussfull information very fast. Comunication was exellent. Thank you.

Very good location just in front of Finikoudes Beach. Great view. Close to restaurants and bus stop for all directions including airport. Andreas was very kind and offered us a late check-out until 13:00.

During the weekend evenings, for a couple of hours, the street becomes noisy, but that cannot be blamed on our hosts, this is it!
