The check in was very easy and smooth, the host is very helpful and respond very fast for any question. The apartment is big enough and has amazing location. It is just In front of the beach and so many restaurants , cafe and souvenir shops around. The building is quite and safe. I really recommend it.

My wife and I liked everything in the apartment. We got an apartment on the 5th floor with sea view with a perfect balcony to see the sunrise or sunset. The apartment location is amazing, close to everything in the center of the main street. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. You have everything you need until the smallest details, including all you need for cooking your food (even though there are so many great restaurants under the building and in the area) or washing your clothes. The owners are so nice, very responsive, and doing everything they can to assist and make you stay very comfortable. We'll definitely come back.

we liked the location, beach veiw and the apartment facilities, it had everything you need and feels like home.

the only negative thing was the music and noises heared until late evenings ( sometime until 1:30 am ) from the festival that was all over the street during the same time we were renting the apartment. also, there was a certain kind of a bad smell in the kitchen area which we discovered at the last day that it was from the water remaining inside the washing machine... seems that it was there for a long time and it got a bad smell.

The location was great, everything was close within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was very clean, beautiful furnished and equipped. Nothing is missing. Very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful host, the location is truly the best you can get in Larnaca, first line beachfrom in the heart of everything. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and sparkling clean. A perfect stay from start to finish!

EDIT. This review was 6/10 before, but after posting this review they have charged 39 Euro from my card just because I've posted negative review! Stay away from them. This apartment is not 40m2. It's around 30m2. You'll hear from the the manager that it's "calculated gross external area" which is bullshit of course.

Great location with straight sea view. Restaurants and bars next to the building. Beach in front of the apartment. Parking behind the building. I would recommended it to everybody planning to stay in Larnaca

The apartment was just on the beach.

There was hardly any stream of water in the shower which made it hard to take a proper shower. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable and there was strong noise from the cafe downstairs where lots of people were watching a socker game until very late.

The best location in Larnaca, the view from balcony was exceptional!

The location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy Larnaca with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and many shops. The apartment is located at Finikoudes Beach, so it's perfect for anyone who enjoys likes tye beach. The owner was great. She gave us an early check-in and was very flexible. Highly recommend.
