Lovely breakfast. Proximity to the beach and latchi harbour. Friendly staff.

As per the other reviews, the main issue is that the "resort" needs urgent renovation, it feels old, outdated, left and run down. Even though inside the flats cleanliness was alright, facilities like the pools and outside areas are dirty and need of an update. Have in mind that this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel, more like a 2-star hotel.

Spacious room, easy parking, breakfast in room with AC and very friendly receptionists

All was good

Location was perfect for exploring the area, the staff were very frendly and breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and well equiped.

The WIFI was terrible, little to no signal in the one bed suite living room and none at all in the bedroom. It made it difficult to find local attractions using the internet. The jacuzzi that came with the room was also an extra €40 per day if you wanted to use it, which wasnt in the advertisment for the room, we didnt use it.

Great breakfast, quiet place, beautiful vegetable garden. The hotel is close to the most beautiful beaches of Latchi.

Clean facilities, nice pool areas (indoor and outdoor), nice breakfast with lots of varieties, great destination for families.

Everything was great Spacious rooms, nice swimming pools. Good variety of breakfast Great location to visit Latchi and beyond, Pomos, Pachyammos etc and of course Akamas peninsula

There is also an indoor pool downstairs but there was a strong smell of mold

Nearest location to Akamas and Blue Lagoon beach. Common pool with a kid's pool. Decent breakfast.

Our studio wasn't quite renovated as shown in the pictures. Broken floor tiles with marks on it, rusted shower door. Toilet wasn't flushing properly. Not properly cleaned as we found a broken part of glass in the bathroom which was really dangerous for our toddler to step on. Not all channels on TV were working. Poor wifi network.

The outdoor pool and the breakfast were nice. Location is great.

The place feels very tired and shabby. It needs a renovation. It didn’t feel very clean either.

The pool was very good and the snacks were delicious! The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Clean rooms and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Some details were missing to make it excellent. For example, a playground for the kids. Also some things in the rooms need to be replaced like the soap stand which was corroded, the main door and the bathroom door which were broken. Also, an umbrella on the balcony was missing, and it was too hot to be used during noon and afternoon hours.

Nearby the sea. You need a car to go there

Location is great - room was comfortable size-wise - balkony was also good. Polite staff. Overall the experience was pleasant but we never used any of the facilities.

parking area is too small - a wall in the room had humidity - breakfast was basic - swimming pool area was small. I'd be happier if we paid less for what we got. It is overpriced.
