Nice big place, super quiet surroundings with lots of cafes and good eateries. Latchi is a big contrast to Limassol and Larnaca - in the best way possible. Close to nature and nice hiking trails. The owner's super helpful and responsive.

Great view over Latchi marina. Nice apartment and landlord was superbly attentive. Easy check in and out. Great nearby restaurants. Bed very comfy.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were visiting family in Polis and Agraka, so ideal.

The view is amazing. The apartment has the comfiest beds and 3 large TVs. Supermarket just next door, too. We ate out but had breakfast in the apartment. All the facilities you could need. Loved the shower. Everything is really modern and stylish. Theo WhatsApp me to ensure we could get in and was available anytime we had questions. We would definitely recommend.

The external passage way needs to be kept cleaner and with better lighting. I accept this is shared and not controlled by one appatement.

Lock on outside door was annoyingly unreliable, sometimes taking 2-3 minutes to get key to connect properly. Equipment in kitchen was a bit sparse.

I would have loved if beach towels were provided, but otherwise no notes!

Check in was really easy and smooth with detailed instructions from Theo and a lockbox. We arrived very late at night and had no problems at all. Location was lovely, Latchi has cute waterfront tavernas, restaurants and bars. View was great. House was well furnished and spacious. Very modern. Easily accessible by car to the beautiful national park, a few minutes walk to a cute beach. WiFi was good, and the house is well set up to work remotely.

We loved the view over the harbour and the location was just perfect. Fanos answered so fast everytime we had any questions. A small Supermarket is only 40 Meter away where you get all you need for your stay. We will come back!

Lock to front door not working properly and frequently difficult to gain entrance. No instruction to operate television and could not get any Channel speaking English. Outside light would be advantage.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment which has an amazing view of the marina from both the main bedroom and living room. Upon arrival at the accommodation we were impressed at the cleanliness as there was not a speck of dust to be found and the decor was very modern and stylish with large flatscreen tvs. The aircon was also particularly effective and appliances modern/high spec. Location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from some lovely restaurants although wasn't noisey. There is also a small supermarket nearby which sells most of the essentials we always manage to leave at home and a lovely coffee shop very nearby. Lastly the host was amazing and always responded to any queries really quickly.....it seemed like he really cared that we had an enjoyable stay which we really appreciated. It goes without saying that we can't recommend the accommodation highly enough and will look to return !

Only a tiny thing no tea towels, or beach towels but it’s a small thing.
