Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The apartment was generally okay, but the complex seemed to have seen better days. Old apartments, lack of maintenance in some areas. Bird droppings in common areas. Unfortunately, we also had an experience with a huge cockroach, which for me is a huge problem!
The location, close to the beach, has parking on site. Overall it was a decent experience. But it didn't impress me. we just passed by. I wouldn't go again though.

Small patio
So close to beach, shops and restaurants. Clean, sofa bed was comfortable and kitchen was sufficient.

Lots of loose cables hanging around the building outside. Also, we were promised a double bed, but we got two single ones, which was not convenient with a small child.

Very strange layout in this particular apartment. In the bedroom there was no space for your suitcase. You needed to put your clothes on one side of the living room where there was a wardrobe. Beside it there was a fridge, as in the "kitchen" there was no space for the fridge, it was just a tiny space between the corridor and the bathroom. With little more thinking you could make the apartment much more practical. But, on a holiday, not a major deal.
Even though I had a car, specially in the evening I enjoyed being able to walk to the harbor where all the restaurants are. I really liked the veranda and the living room was cozy too with the sea view. The hosts were very nice and communicated well and quickly.

The decor is a little outdated, and the bathroom could do with updating, but it was very clean and tidy. Couldn't fault it beyond that for the price!
The location is excellent, just a walk across the road to the sea! The apartment had all the amenities you need and was very comfortable, clean and tidy.

everything was fine
A very nice family place for relaxation. First, I enjoyed a new firm mattress. Second, the finest balcony. Third, it's 2 minutes away from the beach.

We booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were given a room without one. The bathroom light didn't work consistently, and to add to the frustration, there was no hot water. The apartment didn't match the pictures on Booking, leaving us unsatisfied. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

There was no bedroom, like in the description. For 3 nights and 3 people, we didnt get towels and bedsheets changed, or taking out garbage . No trash bags to put new and take out the garbage ourselves. No washing machine soap. There was only one toilet paper. If we knew we could bring with us. Broken drying rack. And cockroaches, and a disgusting swamp in front of the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at Path Latchi. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Latchi harbor with great restaurants-cafes. It was incredibly convenient to have the sea right outside our door and all amenities within easy reach. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bed was clean and smelled good. The hosts were very polite and allowed us to extend our stay a little longer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we will definitely come back!

No daily servicing of rooms and not enough toiletries or garbage bags
Great location across La Plage Beach and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Great sunsets.

When I've booked the place, I saw that the apartment has a small yard but at the end we were accomodated in an apartment with a balcony which was small.
The location is perfect, is near to the bus station and the seaside. The apartment has everything you need to stop by or stick around for longer.
